    Mineral water

    It was disappointing that there was no mineral water in the Room. I have stayed here several times, and that was my biggest concern. The unattended check-in and check-out is a nice feature. I was also slightly concerned about the step in the bathroom. Thank you for your hospitality. The location is convenient, and with Hotel prices rising, I appreciate you offering good value.

    Terrible service

    The moment I entered the Room, there was a very strong bad smell. Thinking it might be temporary, I walked further in and found two half-finished plastic bottles by the pillow that appeared to have been left by the previous guest. There was also sleepwear on the bed that seemed to have been used by the previous guest. One pair of slippers was properly placed, but for some reason the second pair was in a strange spot on the table. To top it off, there were two used toothbrushes in a cup in the washroom. This is clearly careless cleaning. If this had been treated as a Multiple Night Stay, toothbrushes would not normally be replenished—yet they were—so I have to wonder what kind of training is being provided. I often stay at Business Hotels for work trips, but this was by far the worst Hotel. There was a slogan saying “We promise to change,” but it feels like things are changing for the worse. I will never use this place again, including any affiliated properties.

    Doll in Osaka

    I stayed here for 20,000 yen, hoping it would be worth it for my certification exam. Check-in was done by entering information on a tablet placed in front of mannequins. Although I selected "Japanese" as the language at the beginning, messages kept appearing in English. I proceeded by guessing and managed to sign using my finger when I couldn't find a stylus pen. After completing the input, nothing happened until an employee appeared from a side door and guided me verbally. I was directed to another machine to pay the Tokyo accommodation tax of 200 yen in cash, though I wished everything could have been settled by card. The coin slot on this machine was hard to locate until the same employee pointed it out for me. It made me appreciate human receptionists more than ever. The mannequins standing at reception did nothing helpful; they seemed out of place and gave off an Osaka-style vibe despite being located in central Tokyo (Akasaka branch). While some families checking in nearby seemed amused by them, I thought fully automating with high-tech machines might have been a better direction than placing these figures. Breakfast was included with my stay and served buffet-style at an Irish pub on the first floor. The menu was simple but delicious. The room felt like a standard business hotel room equipped with newer facilities such as a suit cleaner—likely targeting business travelers—but I didn’t use it myself. The air conditioning noise or toilet water refilling sound didn’t bother me, making for a comfortable stay overall but nothing extraordinary. Even with discounts applied, 20,000 yen felt expensive—probably due to timing and location factors. Thank you for hosting me!

    The front desk was unattended, but it wasn't particularly a "strange Hotel." The location was very convenient. However, even though I turned off the air conditioning in the Room to rest, I woke up feeling hot. With features like access to manga and a free gym, it might be a good Hotel for those interested. Breakfast was average but relaxing as it wasn’t crowded. Thank you for your hospitality!

    First-time Use

    This was my first stay, and the convenience was excellent. The nearby affiliated parking lot is spacious and can easily accommodate large vehicles like box trucks. Check-in and check-out are handled via touch panels, but if you have any questions, the staff responds promptly and is very helpful. The restaurant on the 1st floor was lively with international guests, and the staff's smiles added to the pleasant atmosphere.
