    The drain is not draining.

    The bathroom sink drains extremely poorly—really badly. Water quickly pools in the basin, and even the overflow drain hardly works. It ends up overflowing from the sink, which is extremely unpleasant. This should be fixed immediately. I will not use this place again. The automated reception/check-in is efficient and a good idea, but the payment machine responds slowly and takes too long, which is a downside.

    The Room had an overwhelming smell, likely from the drain, which was unbearable. This Hotel has an unpleasant odor.
