    A well-equipped Hotel for your stay

    Not too far from JR Hakata Station, and with convenience stores and coffee shops nearby, it’s a great base for sightseeing. As with other APA hotels, the bathtub is small, the paper cups used instead of glasses feel a bit disappointing, and while there’s space under the bed for luggage, the bed ends up being quite high—but that may be exactly what makes the value for money stand out.

    Bed Comfort

    The bed's springs seemed faulty, causing the lower back and stomach area to sink, making it very uncomfortable to sleep on. There were multiple pillows available, but none of them were a good fit. A simple and firm mattress would be ideal.

    A trip for three women in their 60s

    Clean and spacious bed, quiet surroundings with attention to detail, making it a very satisfying stay. The complimentary mineral water in the Room was also a nice touch. I would love to stay again.

    It was quite comfortable.

    The hotel was quite comfortable. However, I felt the bath mat was slightly worn and dirty. The onsen was also pleasant, and the open-air bath was excellent, but I wish there had been a sauna. It was delightful to have hot pot for breakfast, but I think it would be better if the breakfast menu had more variety. If given the chance, I would like to stay again. Thank you very much!

    High satisfaction.

    The Hotel is new, with clean and well-maintained facilities. Complimentary bottled water was also a nice touch. However, one downside was the vertical arrangement of lockers in the bathhouse, which made changing inconvenient during busy times. People ended up too close to each other, requiring one person to wait. It wouldn't be an issue when it's not crowded though...

    Close to Hakata Station

    Conveniently located near the station, this Hotel offers a resort-like atmosphere quite different from typical business hotels, making for an enjoyable stay. The public bath was clean and even had an open-air bath, which was a pleasant surprise. It was quite crowded, so it would have been even better if it were a bit more spacious. Unfortunately, I couldn't try the breakfast as I checked out early at around 5 AM.

    It was my first time at APA Hotel, and I am satisfied.

    Tried the 1-second check-in and got a great deal with breakfast included. The large public bath was a Komeiseki Onsen, which was very relaxing and refreshing. As expected from a resort, there was also a pool. I was satisfied with the breakfast, which included motsunabe. I was looking forward to watching some free movies, but due to some trouble, I couldn't watch them.

    It was clean.

    There were many power outlets, which was convenient. The Room was very clean. The washbasin was difficult to use. The staff felt a bit impersonal. There were three elevators, but it took a little time. The large public bath was indicated as available, but it was crowded. Other than that, there were no problems.
