    Bathroom floor

    There was noticeable red and black mold, and it didn’t feel well-maintained. At the very least, the red mold can be removed with a mold cleaner. The strong smell in the entrance was also unpleasant. Other than that, there were no particular issues. Thank you for your hospitality.

    Helpful services

    The services were very helpful. First, there was a complimentary drink service. We chose the dinner plan with meal vouchers, which included JPY 5,000 worth of vouchers, and we enjoyed a delicious dinner at a nearby partner restaurant. Also, while there is no on-site parking, you can purchase discount tickets for a nearby partner parking lot and park at a great rate.

    The Room was very clean, and the Ryokan was conveniently located near the station. Thanks to that, we had a comfortable stay.

    The Room is slightly small, but having the bath and toilet separated was very helpful for a one-week Multiple Night Stay. The front desk staff were also courteous, and I was able to enjoy a comfortable stay.

    We had a very comfortable stay!

    Although I only stayed for one night, the place was very clean and comfortable. I was a bit concerned to find a single hair in the bathtub. Other than that, everything was clean. The front desk staff were also very helpful and courteous. I would like to stay here again.

    Amenities are well-equipped.

    Amenities were lined up on the first floor, and I was surprised to even find bath additives. Facial cleansers and other items were very well-stocked. The washing area was next to the bathtub. The bathroom was spacious and allowed for relaxation. However, the space between the bed and the desk was narrow, making it feel cramped.

    The bath was comfortable.

    I travel out of the prefecture for work almost every month, and as someone who enjoys soaking in the bathtub at any Business Hotel, I appreciated the clean bathtub and tidy Room at this Property. However, the Room was one where I couldn't open the curtains. If I did, right in front of me was the back entrance of an old factory in the middle of the downtown area... Even in the morning, it was a third-floor Room where opening the curtains was discouraged. This time, with all the Stays in the Takamatsu area fully booked due to a certain event, I had no choice as I was late in booking, but I wish they would have curtains that can't be seen through from the opposite side. The wall with the neighboring Room seemed thick, but perhaps the window wasn't quite right, and since it was in the downtown area, I had to work without getting any sleep due to the noise outside until late at night and the sound of ambulances. The refrigerator also made quite a bit of noise. The convenience store is nearby, which is appreciated for someone who doesn't need a breakfast buffet, and it's conveniently located just a short walk from Kawaramachi Station.

    Very satisfied as a Business Hotel

    I used it for work. The building was smaller than I expected, but there was a sense of cleanliness from the front desk to the Room, and the staff's response was very good, allowing me to have a pleasant time. The toilet and bath were separate, and having the washbasin in the Room was convenient. It was also comfortable to work in the Room. The location was good, and I would definitely like to use it again if I have the opportunity to come to Kagawa.
