  I’m satisfied, but here are a few personal thoughts on what would make this Hotel even more to my liking.

  1. I would be happy if the breakfast price were a little lower. I’d like to take my time and enjoy everything, but mornings are busy, and sometimes I’m not feeling well, so I can’t eat enough to feel it’s worth the cost. 2. Also regarding breakfast: I wanted to drink Japanese tea but couldn’t find it, so I asked a staff member. The reply was rather curt: “The drinks (including tea bags) are only here and over there (such as juices).” Could you please provide Japanese tea bags? 3. About the changing area by the bath: some guests don’t dry themselves properly after bathing, and puddles form in front of the lockers. This isn’t very hygienic, so I hope you can add measures to encourage drying off or use flooring that prevents puddles from forming. Overall, it’s a good Hotel—please keep improving even further.

  Very satisfied!

  The Room was very clean and I was extremely satisfied. It was very helpful that I could cancel an unexpected extension. The breakfast looked delicious, but unfortunately, I couldn't try it due to lack of time. I definitely want to try it next time. I've decided to stay here whenever I visit Hokkaido in the future.

  I always use this service!

  The Room is very clean, and sometimes I am guided to a corner Room, which is very helpful! The bathroom is also clean, and the morning bath is especially wonderful! Recently, it seems like data might be retained, as many people say "Thank you as always," and that casual comment makes me happy! I will use it again!

  Close to the station

  Located near Susukino Station, it is a very convenient place for dining and drinking. The interior is clean, and the large public bath facility was excellent. However, there were many Chinese guests, and their manners were poor.

  Just steps from the subway station!

  Located just a 0-minute walk from Hosui Susukino Station, I chose to stay here. The location is excellent, the Facility is clean, and the large public bath made for a pleasant stay. Depending on the Room, you can even see Sapporo TV Tower, which was great.

Regarding our location, we are close to the subway station, and depending on the Room, you can enjoy views of the TV Tower, Ferris Wheel, or Nakajima Park.   If you're staying in Sapporo, this is the place to be!

  In conclusion, if you're looking for a cost-effective place to stay in Sapporo, I recommend this one. [Good Points] 　① The interior is clean, and the lobby has a bar counter style, which is stylish. 　② The room is spacious, not cluttered, and stylish. 　③ On the other hand, the stylish lighting is dazzling. 　④ The large public bath is spacious, with an open-air bath, comfortable, and the changing room was clean. 　⑤ It's a 1-minute walk to the downtown area. 　⑥ There's a Lawson 1 minute away on foot, and a 7-Eleven 3 minutes away. [Bad Points] 　① I'm not sure why, but due to a machine malfunction, I couldn't check in properly, and it took time. 　② There's no view from the open-air bath. 　③ The water is a bit hot, so it might not be suitable for those who don't like it.

We will work on improving our system to ensure smooth handling even in the event of machine malfunctions. Regarding the open-air bath, it is designed as a "sky open-air bath" for you to enjoy the sky. Unfortunately, due to privacy protection and location constraints, it is not possible to offer a view. We apologize for not meeting your expectations and ask for your understanding. As for the room lighting, there is a dimmer switch on the headboard of the bed that allows you to adjust the brightness. Please feel free to use it at your preferred brightness. Our hotel opened in September 2021, and thanks to your patronage, we have successfully entered our fourth year. While maintaining our clean and stylish facilities as a designer hotel, we will strive to provide clear guidance and services that exceed expectations for everyone. We hope you will visit the Susukino Granbell Hotel again if you have the opportunity.
