  Exceeded Expectations

  Because I like the same group’s property in Kyoto, I chose this one as well. It was a comfortable stay that did not disappoint. What surprised and delighted me was that when I arrived around 12:30 to leave my luggage, they actually let me check in! I needed to sort my bags and change clothes, so their flexibility was truly helpful. Thank you very much. I’ll definitely stay here again next time!

  The large public bath is...

  It had a distinctive atmosphere unlike a typical Business Hotel. The entrance, of course, and the Room were both excellent. I used the breakfast buffet, and there were no complaints regarding staff placement, variety, or taste. The only disappointment was the large public bath. It should be one of the Hotel’s main highlights along with breakfast, but the changing room smelled like sewage—so strongly that it made me feel nauseous from the moment I opened the door. It wasn’t that the changing room was dirty or unhygienic at all, which makes me wonder whether it was due to poor plumbing work or aging pipes. It really felt like such a waste.

  A stylish and lovely Hotel, but the only downside was a slight odor.

  The Hotel was stylish and new, and I was very satisfied with my stay, but I was a little disappointed only with the odors. There was a sewage-like smell in the bathroom/vanity/toilet area of the room, and it was difficult to stay there for long, so I used the sinks in the public bath area for things like makeup. Fortunately it was empty and no one else was there. With the door closed, however, I did not notice the smell in the room itself. Also, on several occasions the elevator was filled with a cigarette smell, which I found unpleasant. Other than that, it was a wonderful Hotel, so if those issues are improved, I think it would be truly comfortable.

  This will be my go-to Accommodation.

  The Room was spacious and very relaxing. We were also very satisfied with the bath. One suggestion: the area around the mirror is a bit dark when applying makeup, so we would appreciate improved lighting there.

  I was interested in the large public bath.

  It seemed that a lot of scum-like debris was floating in the men’s large public bath. There were many foreign guests, and the washing area chairs and buckets were left in a mess, making it feel like some people may be entering the bath without washing first. As an improvement, I would like the water to be circulated and kept clean. It also seemed that no water was coming out from the outlet where it should flow. If only the bath water is kept clean, I would like to stay again.

  It was a very lovely...

  It was a very lovely Hotel. I stayed with my child, and they provided an adorable bath set for the child, which made them very happy. The location was easy to find, and I would like to make a Reservation at this Hotel again when visiting Osaka.
