  The location is great and it’s comfortable, but

  The station was close, check-in was smooth, and the friendly front desk staff made me feel at ease. However, even though the Room looked clean at first glance, the light near the bed was covered in dust and it was clear it hadn’t been cleaned for a long time. The in-room phone also had no power so it couldn’t be used, and the handset itself was quite dusty as well. I would have written this on a survey form if there had been one in the Room, but since there wasn’t, I’m writing it here. This is just a request: the welcome drink options were only hot beverages besides water, which felt a bit tough in summer. Even if only during summer, I’d appreciate having some cold options available. If you could improve the cleaning and fix the in-room phone line, this would be a very good Hotel.

  Conveniently located...

  Conveniently located near the station, which was helpful. Upon entering the Room, there was a smell, possibly due to humidity, and the air conditioner couldn't dehumidify. Using an air purifier made it less noticeable by the second day. The cleanliness around the sink area was concerning. The coffee was delicious and enjoyable.

  The noise from people outside was loud at night.

  I stayed on the side not facing Roppongi Street, but it was noisy with drunk people making noise from midnight until morning. I have also stayed at the nearby APA, and it was quiet there.
