    The room was not cleaned thoroughly.

    I stayed alone. The Facility was new, but the Room was not thoroughly cleaned—there were hairs everywhere, and the area around the toilet was dirty, so I cleaned it myself. There were also no amenities such as a toothbrush, body towel, or cotton swabs, and overall everything about the Room felt incomplete. It wasn’t that cheap, so I’m very disappointed with this level of quality.

    Convenient Hotel Near the Station

    Conveniently located near Hiroshima Station and overlooking the Shinsei Inarimachi tram stop, it's perfect for daily outings. I had a Multiple Night Stay, and amenities were replenished appropriately without excessive service, making my stay very pleasant. I would love to stay here again.

    A comfortable Hotel for your stay.

    The accommodation was clean and comfortable. However, it was a bit cold on the day of my stay, possibly due to the seasonal change, and it was unfortunate that there was no heating option in the air conditioning system.

    Convenient and Practical Hotel

    I enjoyed a comfortable stay in a clean room. The location along the Hiroden streetcar's Ekimae Ohashi route provided an open and pleasant atmosphere. I would love to stay here again. Thank you!

    For a simple stay

    The room I stayed in was small but well-organized with no unnecessary items, and a mirror was installed to make the space feel less cramped. It's fine for just staying overnight (if you're satisfied with the accommodation fee). Tea and coffee for about four cups were provided in the room. There was a window, but it didn't offer an outside view—it almost felt like a decorative piece shaped like a window on the wall. The facility includes one vending machine and four washing machines, so if you need anything else, you'll have to visit a nearby convenience store.

    I stayed at the accommodation to visit Mazda Stadium. I am satisfied with the hotel itself. If breakfast were not outsourced, I would consider staying again next time.

    A minimalist and functional design.

    Simple, clean, and comfortable. I was a bit surprised that the breakfast venue was Matsuya, but it was nice to have a warm breakfast. The location near the station and close to Hatchobori made transportation very convenient.

    The Facility was cle...

    The Facility was clean, and the reception was very accommodating, allowing us to have a comfortable stay. Being close to the station made it easy to get around, which was also great. I think I will use it again. Thank you very much.

    It's not spacious, but it's clean and comfortable.

    The Room and bathroom were not spacious, but they were clean and provided a comfortable environment. It was compact, but I was able to stay comfortably. It was nice that the humidifier I requested in advance was set up in the Room. Breakfast was at Matsuya on the first floor, so there wasn't anything local, but it was hearty and I was able to have a warm meal.
