    Poor staff service.

    The Facility and amenities are generally good, but the front desk attitude was extremely poor. The reason: I made a Reservation under a consecutive-stay eco Plan. When I returned on the first day and entered the Room, I noticed that the bath towels and bath mat had not been replaced. However, since it was a twin Room, we managed with what we already had (except for the bath mat) because it was an eco Plan. When I returned on the second day, neither the bath mat nor any towels (bath towels or hand towels) had been replaced. Thinking it was simply an oversight, I called the front desk and asked them to bring a bath mat and towels. The male staff member who handled my call responded as follows: He said that because it was an eco Plan, this Hotel does not replace anything at all. I explained that at most Hotels, even with an eco Plan, items like bath mats and towels are replaced for hygiene reasons. He repeated that this Hotel does not provide such service under any circumstances. After I insisted more strongly, he reluctantly brought them up. His sulky attitude was extremely unpleasant. Later, when I searched online, I found information stating that items would be provided if requested at the front desk. This experience showed me a Hotel where staff training is not properly enforced.

    A Refreshing Smile

    To send a large courier package, a staff member came to pick it up from my Room with a cart. Even though it was a busy time, they kindly helped me with a refreshing smile, and I truly appreciated how they made me feel good from the morning.

    Refa was also great.

    The room was more spacious than last time, which was a great relief for someone like me with claustrophobia. In Komatsu, I've already decided this is the place to stay. The natto breakfast set... only 500 yen! Such an affordable price. However, the natto portion was very small, which was a bit disappointing. I also feel that many of the regular breakfast items are served cold. It would be nice to have some warm options available.

    I slept well.

    The staff were very friendly and pleasant. The only unusual thing was the dinosaur at the reception. I wished there was one more towel in the Room.

    The separate bath an...

    The separate bath and toilet were very convenient. The breakfast was not only reasonably priced but also delicious.

    Satisfied.

    The Room was new, clean, and very satisfying. Since it was a room on the entrance side, we could see the projection mapping on the main street through the window, which was delightful. We also enjoyed delicious grilled fish, which was great. I would like to stay in the Shinkansen Room with my grandchild.

    Highly satisfying.

    The room is spacious, with an unusually large washroom and toilet, a bathroom comparable to a regular home, and even equipped with an LG clothing deodorizing dryer—it's excellent. However, cold air flows down from the window near the bed's headboard; it would be great if this could be addressed.

    About Air Conditioning

    The Room is basically good. However, I was concerned about whether the air conditioner was properly cleaned. When I turned on the heater, there was an unpleasant smell... Maybe it was only used for cooling for a while. Since the Room was cold, I kept it on for a while, but the air was bad and I started to feel unwell, so I turned it off. The air purifier didn't solve the problem, so the air conditioning was uncomfortable.

    New and close to the station

    The soundproofing is not very good, so you can hear snoring from the next Room, as well as footsteps and voices from the hallway. However, if you don't mind, the location is good and it's new, so it might be a good choice.
