    That’s disappointing.

    On my first trip to Miyazaki in a while, I chose the top floor of this Hotel because I really dislike unit baths and wanted a separate bathroom. The location was convenient, with plenty of places to eat nearby, which was helpful. However, the bath—one of the main reasons for my decision—had not been cleaned properly; when I filled it with hot water, the tub felt slimy and unpleasant, so I ended up not using it at all. There was also hair left on the sink, which was truly disappointing.

    I’m glad I was able to book this place!

    Pros Great location and easy to find; a convenience store on the ground floor; late check-in available; smooth check-in/out; new Facility; reasonably clean; a large public bath is available, with good amenities. Cons It’s fair for the price, so not really a complaint, but it felt a bit small for two people. Depending on the person, there was a slight musty smell around the bathroom area (not severe). I also would have been happier if extra towels could be borrowed.

    Stayed for 2 nights.

    Stayed for 2 nights to watch golf. Conveniently, there is a convenience store next to the entrance. It would be great if two face towels could be provided.

    Is the Review true?

    The check-in machine makes the process difficult. Despite more than 10 people waiting, three front desk staff do not assist in person. It took 20 minutes to check in. For breakfast, the side dishes are poorly heated and all cold. The rice is dry and crumbly; is it not meant for fried rice? The staff's attire is casual, making it hard to distinguish them from golf guests. The breakfast venue is extremely cold.
