    The only—and biggest—drawback is the SHARP washing machine provided.

    The Hotel itself was very comfortable, but the one and biggest drawback is the installed SHARP washing machine. It is extremely difficult to use and can hardly be called professional-grade. It feels like a household washer with a coin slot forcibly added, and its unstable operation and poor maintenance are genuinely concerning. If you have time, I recommend using a coin laundry in town from the start—you’ll avoid paying money only to have an unpleasant experience.

    Comfortable

    They also stored my luggage before check-in. There was one washing machine in the women’s large public bath, so I felt comfortable doing laundry. The bread at the breakfast buffet was delicious.

    A fresh and beautiful place to stay

    I always stay here. It’s quiet, and the rooms are spacious and clean. Above all, I love the large public bath. The bath is also very clean, and the amenities are well stocked. The wide variety of breakfast options and the service in the morning are excellent.

    I was assigned my preferred Room!!

    Located near the port side of the International Hotel. A room with a great view. If there is availability, they assign you your preferred room based on past preferences. This time, I got that room again! I was so happy—it felt like a victory moment! Recently, my trips back home have been extremely busy, and the only time I can relax is during those brief moments after returning to the accommodation. The mountains and sea visible from the room were incredibly soothing! Thank you so much for this experience. It truly revived me. Although it's part of a hotel chain, it feels like a luxury hotel inside. Even as someone who is very particular about cleanliness, I keep coming back because it's spotless—and yet still affordable. Truly appreciated! Thank you always for everything!

    Perfect understanding of repeat guests' needs!

    I have stayed here multiple times, and every visit is met with such warm and attentive service that it truly soothes my heart and melts away my fatigue! This time, I was given the perfect room with my favorite view. It was on the top floor, on the port side of the building facing Mihara International Hotel (not on the parking lot side). Being on the port side minimizes obstruction from the International Hotel building, allowing views of mountain ranges and passing bullet trains from the window. If you get closer to the window, you can also look down at the port and sea. The hotel keeps track of repeat guests' preferences well. They skipped explaining about facilities like public baths or breakfast that I don’t use, which shortened check-in time—a big help during a busy stay. For Multiple Night Stays without cleaning service, they offer eco-points in exchange. These points can be redeemed for coins usable at vending machines within the hotel. You can choose between alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages. The top floor is non-smoking and offers unlimited movies. I left movies playing while working in my room—it was a great way to unwind after hectic days. Staying at Route Inn Mihara Ekimae has become one of my recent joys whenever I return home. Thank you for your continued hospitality—I’ll see you again next month!

    Always reliable!

    Route Inn is reliable! This time, maybe because there were kids from a training camp? I wasn't fully satisfied with the bath! It can't be helped, I guess! I'm satisfied with everything else! I'll use it again.

    Would love to visit again.

    The room was quiet, clean, and very comfortable. If I were to point out minor details, it would be the pink mold on the sink drain ring and shower hook. The front desk staff had a lovely smile. Thank you for your hospitality!

    If you lose your parking ticket, there will be a charge of 3,000 yen. Other than that, everything is absolutely satisfying!

    I always stay here when I return home for memorial services, and I truly appreciate the various support provided each time. While the system generally requires guests to carry their luggage to the Room themselves, this time I had too much to handle alone, even with a cart. I thought I would have to make two trips, but a staff member kindly helped me, and I was so grateful! After a full day of travel with multiple transfers, I arrived past 9 PM, completely exhausted. However, the warm hospitality lifted my spirits and gave me energy. Thank you so much! The neighboring building is convenient for shopping, offering everything from prepared foods to souvenirs, but please note that it closes early. Also, the refrigerator in the Room needs to be turned on manually after entering. In summer, it might be a good idea to turn it on and let it cool before going shopping. This time, I lost my parking ticket for the first time. It seems there’s nothing the Property can do in such cases. When I called the number next to the payment machine, I was instructed to press the "Lost Ticket" button on the machine and pay the displayed amount. I was disheartened to see the 3,000 yen charge. From now on, no matter how much luggage I have, I’ve decided to secure the ticket in a designated spot before leaving the car. Other than that mistake, everything was great!
