  The name is confusing.

  I stayed at Sotetsu Fresa Inn Kanda-Otemachi, but there is also Sotetsu Fresa Inn Kanda about a 10-minute walk away, and I mistakenly went to the wrong one when taking a taxi. I would like you to avoid using such confusingly similar names.

  Kanda is truly convenient.

  Thank you for accommodating me on short notice for a business trip. There are plenty of restaurants within a 3-minute walk from the ticket gates, so finding somewhere to eat is never a problem—but when I arrived, I realized the first floor was a churrasco restaurant and thought, “I should have tried it!” I’d like to give it a try next time (the “3” for meals reflects breakfast only). Check-in was completed in no time using the QR code sent in advance. Amenities are minimal, but they’re easy to find right in front of the elevator. The Room is very simple yet feels open, and I was able to get plenty of rest. Thank you very much.

  The staff were pleasant and made the stay comfortable.

  Despite being a Business Hotel, the service was very good with smiles. Both when I arrived and when I left, there were many foreign guests, and the service was courteous, comparable to a city hotel. This time, I stayed with my daughter, so I chose a hotel with a focus on price, but I would like to come again. I also set the conditions as usual, but as expected of IKYU. I was very satisfied.
