    Excellent

    This was my first time staying here. As it is a Business Hotel, I did not have high expectations, but the hospitality from check-in to check-out was truly impressive. I had the best sleep compared to any other hotel. I will definitely stay again.

    More than just business...

    I stayed at the Super Hotel Premier brand for the first time. It was a stay full of firsts and eye-opening experiences. First, there is no card key. You enter a PIN to open the room door. While there's no risk of losing or forgetting to take the key, there's a chance of forgetting the PIN, so I took a photo of it. It was also convenient not to have to carry a key when going to the large public bath. There was a free alcohol service in the lounge from evening to night. This is rare for a business hotel. There were three types of snacks, and since there was no beer or sparkling wine, but rather stronger alcohol, I ended up getting quite tipsy. I wondered if it was okay to bring food into the lounge and drink alcohol. Not fully understanding the system, I bought dinner and beer separately and drank again in the room. Everything was served on paper plates and in paper cups. I can understand this for drinks, but even breakfast was served this way. Rice was in a paper cup instead of a bowl, curry was in a paper cup, and salad was on a paper tray. I suppose this is part of their environmental efforts, but couldn't it be improved a bit? Paper inevitably has a distinctive taste when it touches your mouth. The clientele seemed to be mostly young people. The alcohol time in the lounge gave the impression of being lively with young people. Business use seemed a bit out of place. It was a stay full of firsts and a learning experience. Depending on the price, I might stay again.

    This was my first time using this hotel. The front desk staff was very pleasant and always had a smile. There is a bath in the room, but soaking in the spacious bath was very relaxing and relieved my fatigue. I think the variety of breakfast was just right, neither too much nor too little. I was pleased that although I had made a request at the time of booking and was told it couldn't be accommodated, when I went to the room on the day, my request had been fulfilled, allowing me to rest well. Thank you very much. It was my first time using Super Hotel, but for my next destination, I would like to make Super Hotel my first choice. Please continue to support travelers who are enjoying their trips and those who are tired from work so that they can depart the next day with a smile and energy. Also, please convey my thanks to the adorable little one at the front desk who was moving around cutely (I forgot the name).
