    No amenities are provided.

    It was disappointing that there were no cosmetic amenities. The breakfast was delicious. The Room was small, and considering the price, the value for money was not great. The location is good.

    Breakfast is...

    The Hotel and Room were clean, quiet, and pleasant, but the breakfast was very disappointing. In particular, the white rice smelled like the rice cooker and seemed like old rice that had been kept warm for too long. It was a shame.

    For conferences.

    I believe it meets the necessary and sufficient conditions. It is within walking distance for conferences at the Osaka International Convention Center and offered at a reasonable price. With nearby restaurants and convenience stores, it is a good choice for attending a conference for about two nights. I would like to use it again for future events at the convention center.

    My expectations were too high.

    Attracted by the lovely European-style exterior, I made a Reservation expecting a different kind of atmosphere. As soon as I entered the Room, I was shocked to see sagging bed sheets. The carpet was quite noticeably frayed (perhaps from everyone dragging suitcases). Dust had also built up around the legs of the furniture along the walls—clearly not from just a day or two. I’m not overly picky, but it still made me consider asking to change Rooms for a moment. I decided against it since I only needed a place to sleep, but I couldn’t relax throughout my stay. There was one small chair in the Room, but because it has four legs with casters on each one, it felt unstable and hard to use. It also has no backrest. Have the staff at this Hotel actually tried sitting on it? Because the exterior was so beautiful, my expectations may have been a bit too high.

    A bit disappointing.

    It was the Business Hotel I expected, but there was no instant coffee in the Room, so I had to go to the front desk to get it. I was also disappointed that there were no standard amenities such as facial serum for washing up.

    A Hotel That Doesn’t Quite Meet Your Needs

    I have two points to mention. First, there was no place to put my bag or luggage, so I had no choice but to place it on the small desk (counter?). Since some guests may use the desk for tea or work, I would appreciate a foldable luggage rack. Second, I would like you to inform guests at check-in which amenities are provided in the Room and which are not. I tried to have some tea after entering the Room, but couldn’t find anything. After taking a shower and changing into loungewear, it felt inconvenient to go down to the front desk. There was also nowhere to hang towels, and overall I felt this Hotel lacked attention to small but important details.

    I’m glad I could stay at a great price.

    Most of the staff were foreigners. Maybe it was because of the time. I appreciated the reasonable price.

    There were many guests on Multiple Night Stays, and used towels and trash were left in the hallway, which made it feel less clean. Additionally, the walls were thin, and it was noisy at night.

    Hotel with a Great Location

    The location is very convenient, just a short walk from Higobashi Station. The Room is clean, and the Facility is standard. It focuses on practicality with no playful elements or elaborate interior design. Two bottles of water and a kettle are provided, but it was disappointing that there was no coffee or tea available.

    Cleaning staff used ...

    Cleaning staff used the same elevator as guests and boarded from the 2nd floor while chatting (foreigners). They should use the stairs for such a short distance. Also, calls from the Room to the front desk did not connect at all. The TV reception was poor.

    The room has not been cleaned.

    The room size was comfortable, but there was hair on the bathroom floor, clearly indicating it had not been cleaned. I will not be returning.

    No hot water.

    The Room was clean, but the air conditioning was poor, and the worst part was that there was no hot water. I had to take a cold shower and couldn't wash my hair. In the morning, when I complained during check-out, the staff who couldn't speak Japanese didn't even apologize, which ruined my mood from the start of the day.

    For business trips

    The reception service at the entrance was excellent. There is a laundry on the second floor, and since the door was left open at night, the sound of the washing machines echoed in the hallway. The air conditioner in the room made metallic noises while running, which was bothersome, and turning it off made it too hot to sleep comfortably. The same issue with air conditioner noise occurred on other floors as well. The breakfast venue offered food that matched its price range. However, during breakfast hours, staff were conducting what seemed like training or handover discussions in the hall, and loud vegetable draining noises from staff disrupted a calm atmosphere. The lobby had many foreign guests. It was convenient to have bottled water provided in the room and nearby access to a convenience store and drugstore.

    Above-average Business Hotel.

    The exterior looks impressive in the photos, but since it faces a wide road, it feels a bit unusual as it's not visible from the sidewalk. The Hotel sign is modest, so please be careful not to miss it when arriving by car. The Room is relatively spacious and comfortable. Please watch your step as there is a level difference when stepping out of the unit bath into the Room. Considering its convenient location, this is an excellent Business Hotel.

    A convenient and affordable city Hotel for getting around Osaka.

    The Hotel is conveniently located near Higobashi Station, with spacious Rooms and bathrooms at a very reasonable price. Breakfast is served at Seattle's Best Coffee on the 1st floor, offering not only rice but also yakisoba, a unique touch of Osaka that pleasantly surprised me.

    Is this a barrier-free room?

    This is my third stay at this accommodation. Amid rising hotel prices, this hotel remains the most reasonable. Once again, I stayed for 2 nights with breakfast included for around ¥10K, which is quite affordable. Upon check-in, I realized it was a "barrier-free room," located near the elevator hall as a special room. I see, perhaps that's why it was cheaper. Well, considering the price balance, it's acceptable. The unit bath seemed to take up about 40% of the room due to its barrier-free design. For the first time, I had breakfast at Seattle's Best on the first floor; honestly, it might have been better to go out and have udon instead... Also used the laundry facilities but noticed there was no detergent provided—better to prepare in advance if you plan to use them!

    Stayed for the first time.

    When entering the Room, it was dark and nothing was visible. The light switch is only available near the window in the dark.

    Stayed here for a live concert at Festival Hall.

    This was my second stay due to its proximity to the Festival Hall and the nearby Osaka City Tosabori Underground Parking, which was convenient for car use. Twin room with breakfast included. One of the beds creaked when turning over, which was a bit bothersome. Regarding the Room, having separate toilet and bath would have been ideal, but since it was just for sleeping, it wasn't an issue. I would consider staying here again.

    The Business Hotel

    【Neutral Points】 For multiple night stays, linens and trash should be placed outside the room door. No cleaning or bed-making is provided. The room is fairly standard. Trouser press, air purifier, and humidifier are not permanently available but can be borrowed from the front desk. 【Negative Points】 The razor doesn't cut well... no comb provided. The front desk staff speaks too quickly, making it hard to understand at times. Sometimes they don't respond even when called... Overall, it's a decent accommodation for around 10,000 yen per night considering the good location.

    It was great.

    It was my first time staying here, and I was provided with a spacious corner Room on the top floor. The interior, Facility, and amenities were all very clean and exuded a sense of cleanliness, which made me very satisfied. If I had to point out one thing, it would be that the breakfast menu had limited options. The front desk staff even assisted me with treatment for my back, making it an extremely satisfying stay overall.

    I stayed with a colleague. The price is very reasonable, and both the exterior and interior are excellent. However, it takes a short walk to get to the convenience store. I was a bit concerned about the white stains, which seemed like cleaning marks, on the walls in various parts of the Room, but it was still usable. It's neither particularly good nor bad.

    Poor cleaning

    The cleaning was sloppy, with hair left in the bathroom and trash and dust remaining in the corners and on the side table. Also, there was no light above the table, which made it inconveniently dark.

    I use this place because it's close to my company. I'm very satisfied with everything except the meals. I will use it again next time! I would like you to reconsider the breakfast menu, as it is not tasty.

    Storage issues in single rooms

    First use in half a year. Perhaps it's always the lowest price range in this area. Despite the reasonable price, the Hotel itself is new and clean, making it easy to stay. From the perspective of someone who frequently hops between reasonably priced business hotels: - The single room is relatively spacious (seems to be about 15 square meters), but there is only one place to hang clothes, so I thought it would be nice to have something like a storage shelf. - Recently, humidifying air purifiers are almost standard in business hotels, so the lack of one here made the air dryness quite tough. These are the points. The location is good and it's clean, so I would like to use it again in the future, but I thought it might be a bit challenging for a Multiple Night Stay due to the reasons mentioned above.

    Dust on the outlet beside the bed...

    It was disappointing that the shelf next to the bed (convenient) was dusty. I would like to repeat if I have the opportunity.

    Convenient

    It is one station away from Nishiumeda, close to the station, and there is a convenience store nearby. Since we were provided with a corner Room, it was more spacious than expected. The bed mattress was comfortable, and I slept soundly.

    The exterior is retro.

    The retro appearance was nice. Everything else was so-so. The location was good as it was close to the station. I would like to use it again.

    I wonder if they properly clean the rooms. It didn't look good at first glance. Since it was a room-only stay, I don't know if there was a hot spring bath or not, and I didn't have any meals, so I can't comment on that. I stayed in a twin room, but it was extremely cramped. I don't think I'll make a reservation here again.
