    The air conditioner’s temperature setting was unstable.

    This was my first time staying here. The location was convenient for public transportation. However, the air conditioner temperature control was unstable. Even when set to 28°C, cold air came out, but turning it off made the room hot. It was a hassle having to switch it on and off. The bed was too soft, and my back and lower back started to hurt, so I couldn’t sleep well and checked out feeling exhausted. Still, the easy access to transportation was a plus. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

    I stayed here for an event.

    After watching the video guide to the Hotel, I tried to reach it via the pedestrian overpass from the contact walkway, but it was under construction and I was unsure what to do. A construction worker kindly assisted me, and I arrived safely. The staff were also very helpful at both check-in and check-out, and I was satisfied. I used Itsuki, and both Japanese and Western dishes offered a wide variety. They recommend the pizza for a reason—it’s addictive. It was also nice that there were small desserts after the meal. On my way back, I used the underground passage, which made it easy.

    This was my first stay, and the location was easy to find with the reliable APA Hotel quality as expected. However, it was a bit disappointing that the breakfast venue was small.

    The Ultimate Relaxation Oasis

    Located in Roppongi Itchome, it offers an excellent location for exploring central Tokyo, including Roppongi, Akasaka, and Toranomon. The breakfast at the trattoria is well-balanced and enjoyable. With attentive staff and a relaxing atmosphere, this Hotel feels like an oasis in the city—highly recommended!

    I stayed for 3 night...

    I stayed for 3 nights this time, but the Room still had a sweaty smell. An air purifier might have helped eliminate the odor, and using something like Febreze could have alleviated it further.

    Disappointing breakfast...

    The breakfast buffet was anticipated for its variety of savory bread, but all the bread was hard, and I ended up leaving most after just one or two bites. Additionally, a drain fly was found on a glass, which significantly reduced my appetite. Some facilities did not accept credit cards or cash, which felt inconvenient.

    Regrettable Misinformation

    When I inquired at the front desk about buying beer, I was told it was on the 3rd floor along with a sign for Room No. 325. However, when I went there, there was nothing. I returned to the front desk on the 1st floor and asked again. This time, they said it was in the self-service convenience store in Building B. But when I went there, only soft drinks were available. What are they saying?! Are they mocking me? Staff should have proper knowledge of the facility! In the end, I had to go all the way to a Seven-Eleven near Tameike area instead.

    Worried about cleanliness

    The cleaning condition was concerning, with dust on the table, no tissues in the tissue case, and bath towels not neatly folded.

    No changes to breakfast.

    I stayed for 6 nights with breakfast included due to a training session. I used the breakfast service every morning, but the menu never changed and there were few options, so I thought it might be nice if the breakfast cost was reduced. I wouldn't recommend it to people who are particular about food. Other than that, there were no particular issues.

    Bathroom odor

    I have used this place several times, and each time there are some areas where the cleaning is lacking, but this time it was unbearable, so I am writing a review. The bathroom had an unusual smell. It was a strong odor like a dirty public toilet mixed with the smell of cigarettes, and I couldn't relax while taking a shower in a hurry. From the moment I entered the bathroom, there was hair falling in noticeable places, but the smell was so bad that it didn't matter. The entire bathroom smelled, and I couldn't figure out where the smell was coming from, but I hope I don't get a room like this next time.

    Clean and convenient...

    Clean and convenient. The architecture of the building is also interesting. It's close to Ark Hills, and the bus stop is right in front, making it very convenient for traveling to and from destinations. The small bathroom is a downside, but personally, I was more satisfied than with the APA Hotel near Roppongi Station East. Expecting customer service from APA is a mistake in the first place.
