Ref Omiya by Vessel Hotels

The distance from the station, the Hotel Facility, and the Room—everything was satisfying. Breakfast also offered a wide variety and was excellent. I was truly impressed for the first time in a while.

We stayed in a twin Room as a family of three. We have an 18-month-old child, and since the Room is one where you take off your shoes, it was very comfortable for us. They also lend toys, and provide children’s toothbrushes and pajamas. There are also adult amenities such as toner and lotion, so you can stay with minimal luggage. We called in advance and they moved the beds against the wall and pushed the twin beds together, so we could sleep without worrying about our child falling off—very reassuring. Breakfast had a wide variety of dishes, and they also had paper bibs for kids, high chairs, and tableware, which was great. However, because the chair height is a bit low compared to the table, it seems difficult for small children to eat by themselves using cutlery. In the large public bath, the women’s bath had ReFa shower heads installed; it was stylish and we could bathe comfortably. We didn’t use them, but we appreciated that children’s shampoo and other items were also available. We would like to stay here again when visiting Omiya! Thank you very much.
