    Hot water is also limited during breakfast??! Terrible!

    During breakfast, a limited hot water time appeared! Is it true! It was said that the final pickup time for breakfast food was 9:45, but there was no explanation if drinks were included. When I wanted to drink tea at 9:45, the hot water dispenser had already stopped. When I explained the situation to the staff, wanting hot water, a man who seemed like the manager looked at the time and said in a robotic manner, "It's already 9:46, so we can't provide hot water." His attitude was cold, and there was no apology! It was as if they didn't want to be bothered by customers from 9:45 until closing (10:00)! Does this restaurant have no sense of customer service or hospitality? Terrible!
