  A bit disappointing...

  APA Hotel is reasonably priced and easy to use, but it was disappointing that I couldn’t watch YouTube. I also tried mirroring from my phone, but it wouldn’t connect at all, which was frustrating. At other APA Hotels, I’ve been able to watch without mirroring, so I would appreciate it if this could be improved. The location was great, and the Hotel staff were very helpful. Thank you for your hospitality.

  The Room had a strong odor, and the front desk staff had a poor attitude.

  The Room had a strong odor, and even after borrowing an air purifier, it did not improve. It may be a matter of personal preference, but the interior also felt tacky and unpleasant. Also, when I asked the front desk staff about parking, they coldly replied with a sigh, “We charge for the on-site parking as well. We don’t have any affiliated parking,” and then immediately went back to other administrative work without even a smile—their attitude was terrible. I chose this Accommodation because of its reasonable price for the location and high ratings, but I don’t think I will return.

  Check-in was very smooth.

  During my previous visit, there were many international guests, and check-in took a long time. However, this time I used the "Contactless 1-Second Check-In Experience Plan" by installing the app. Simply scanning the QR code on the screen issued a card key, and for check-out, I just dropped the card in a box. The process was very smooth this time. While not interacting with Hotel staff felt a bit lonely, I think it’s an excellent service as it avoids keeping guests waiting. I would like to use it again during my next visit to Hakata.

  The room facilities are clean.

  Used for a business trip. Minimum facilities, but new and clean. From Tenjin Station, it takes about 10-15 minutes on foot if you are dragging a suitcase.
