    Our family of three ...

    Our family of three stayed here. After checkout, we were truly touched that both the front desk staff and a floor staff member stood together and waved to see us off until we were out of sight. The hospitality was exceptional.

    That’s unfortunate.

    I stayed in March with my mother. The front desk staff told us, “Please feel free to drink any beverages in the refrigerator,” but when we got to the Room, there weren’t any at all. It was disappointing.

    Convenient location

    Although there were three front desks for check-in, only one staff member was on duty, so we had to wait a very long time, and there was no apology for the delay. At checkout in the morning, the staff spoke so quietly that we could not hear them. The person who opened the entrance door also did not say “thank you.” It is not necessary, but it made us wonder about their attitude.

    It was excellent.

    The staff were very dedicated and made the stay very pleasant. Thoughtful touches could be felt everywhere. The large public bath was great, and the breakfast was delicious.

    No Room with a Bathing Area, but with an Open-Air Bath.

    Rooms with open-air baths may not be accessible for individuals with physical disabilities. It was quite surprising. The location made it too frightening to use.

    The expectations were high, but...

    Stayed at an Onsen Hotel near Kyoto for the first time, though I had been interested in it for a while. Unfortunately, it was a slightly disappointing stay, perhaps due to high expectations. -Room Opted for a Japanese-Western style room by splurging a bit, but all such rooms are on the 2nd floor. Road noise was noticeable. The room felt dark (only one ceiling spotlight and a desk lamp). Small details like parts of the futon cover sticking out looking untidy and an inconvenient entrance left a poor impression. There were outlets near the bed, which I personally found unpleasant (would prefer them shifted to either side). -Facility WiFi speed improved once connected but often disconnected as if exceeding maximum connections (connected to WiFi but no data transmission). Instead, I enjoyed using the manga collection near the public bath area. -Public Bath Alternating between open-air baths or saunas daily. Lockers in the changing area didn’t lock, so I had to move my belongings to shared space lockers with keys after entering. The public bath itself felt cramped and wasn’t very relaxing. -Meals & Others Breakfast was satisfying—especially enjoyed what seemed like pork miso soup or stewed pork dishes. Sashimi was also available and wouldn’t get boring even over several days of stay. Missed out on free evening drinks and late-night ramen due to timing conflicts, which was unfortunate. -Other Notes The front desk service and small gifts after checkout were appreciated!

    Great service and excellent public bath.

    The only Hotel near Takatsuki Station, this compact Business Hotel surprisingly features an Onsen with a large public bath. The baths operate on a gender-swapping schedule, with one side offering an open-air bath (not actually outdoors) and the other equipped with a sauna. It was very relaxing. The staff provided excellent service, always greeting guests with warm smiles. A welcome drink and small sweets at checkout added a delightful touch to the stay. While dinner is not served at the hotel, there are plenty of restaurants within a 1-10 minute walk to explore and enjoy. Breakfast was fairly standard but satisfactory.

    Excellent hospitality!

    It was a truly satisfying hotel in every aspect after a long time! The cleanliness was impeccable, and above all, the exceptional level of service from all the staff. Their heartfelt greetings made our stay very pleasant. The breakfast was delightful, especially the bread—it was absolutely delicious! We stayed with our young child, and on departure, they gave us a small gift of assorted snacks, which brought great joy to our child. This is the kind of hotel that makes you want to visit again and again. Highly recommended!

    Overall, it was comfortable.

    The staff's service during our stay, including guidance from check-in and during meals, was very pleasant. I apologize for reducing the stars as there were some concerns regarding the condition and cleanliness of the room. The toilet in the guest room was narrow. When sitting on the seat, my knees were almost touching the wall, causing a severe sense of confinement during use. The actions of sitting and standing were also inconvenient. Regarding cleaning during the Multiple Night Stay, we requested only simple cleaning without sheet changes, but the bathroom trash bin was left as it was. Overall, it was a clean facility, and we were able to spend our time comfortably. Thank you very much.

    The large public bath and training gym are excellent.

    The large public bath and training gym were very user-friendly and excellent. It was also close to the station, and the service was so courteous and full of hospitality that it was hard to believe it was a Business Hotel.

    Tatami mats are calming.

    We were taken care of during my daughter's exam. Since it was a tatami Room, we were able to relax comfortably. Also, perhaps because it was an early time, we were able to use the bath privately and enjoyed a pleasant bath. We received a small bag of sweets at checkout, which warmed our hearts. The staff's very pleasant service left a lasting impression. However, the Room lighting was dim, and although we were able to borrow a desk lamp, I felt it would be nice to have a few more downlights. I would like to use your service again when I visit Takatsuki.

    I decided to stay he...

    I decided to stay here because of the good reviews, but the room was generally dark. The room I stayed in was on the second floor, and the window faced the building next door. As others have mentioned, you need the light from the bathroom to organize your luggage. At the very least, I would like some bedside lighting. I thought it would be fine once I fell asleep, but the smell of the room wear was so bad that I couldn't sleep. Both pieces smelled like sweat had soaked in after a sauna, so I changed into the clothes I brought and slept. I would at least like the room wear to be clean.

    I am frequently in your care.

    I had another pleasant stay this time. The water facilities are clean and reassuring. The method of providing amenities has finally stabilized, making it easier to use. I look forward to the breakfast, and the hamburger steak with fried egg is so hearty and delicious that it could be enjoyed for lunch. I'm excited to see what will be added to the menu next time.
