    Clean and comfortable

    The property and the Room were very clean, and it was quiet at night with little noise from the hallway or neighboring Rooms, so I was able to rest well. However, since it faces a major road, the loud exhaust noise from groups of modified cars echoed for a while, which was disappointing. Around 4:00 PM on a weekday, no one was in the large public bath, so I could enjoy it in luxury. I also appreciated the free ice cream after bathing. Breakfast was delicious as well. Whenever I passed the cleaning staff in the hallway, they greeted me pleasantly and left a very good impression.

    Even though I checke...

    Even though I checked in at night, everything went smoothly. Above all, the entire property was thoroughly cleaned and very tidy. The Room bathroom and toilet were spotless, and the large public bath was also very clean and pleasant. I arrived at the breakfast buffet right at the last minute, but it was delicious and I was very satisfied. Thank you very much.

    Multiple Night Stay (2 nights)

    I stayed for a Multiple Night Stay (2 nights) in a double room. As it is a new Hotel, it was clean, and it was quite convenient with the highway bus stop nearby and a supermarket close by. These days even convenience store meals can be pricey, so I found it helpful that breakfast costs 1,500 yen and offers a variety of options (I didn’t add it at first, but after adding it on the first day and liking it, I added it on the second day as well).

    I stayed here after ...

    I stayed here after watching a Kashima Antlers match. Both the Room and the shared spaces were thoroughly cleaned, so I had a comfortable stay. All of the staff were very friendly. Around the Hotel, there is a fairly large supermarket and a drugstore open until late at night, which was very convenient.

    We’re sorry to hear you were disappointed.

    I stayed here twice—two years ago and last year—for a visit to the shrine, and it was so comfortable that I returned again this year. However, this time the service at breakfast was terrible, so I felt compelled to write this review. Breakfast was said to be last order at 9:00 and closing at 9:30, so we started eating around 8:30. The moment it turned 9:00, staff loudly announced “last order,” and very conspicuously began clearing away the buffet food. When my daughter went to get sauce for her yogurt, she was told “we’re already finished,” and it was cleared away right in front of her. Even while we were still drinking coffee, staff kept clearing dishes in front of us with comments like “May I clear this?” as if telling us to leave quickly. It became very uncomfortable; although we were not finished with our coffee, we left without even saying thank you. Honestly, it was extremely unpleasant. After leaving the restaurant, we made new coffee at the coffee server near the Hotel entrance. When I turned around, the restaurant door had already been firmly closed. The time was 9:15. We were the last guests, but I was disappointed by how we were treated. The food itself had a wide variety and was very delicious—just like last year—which made it even more disappointing. Also, while the men’s bath was comfortable, my wife and daughter said the women’s bath had an inconvenient layout for both lockers and washing areas. They went because an in-house sign indicated it wasn’t crowded, but due to poor locker placement, if about two people are using them others can’t use them properly. After bathing they came out to the changing area and found two people using it; they waited for a while but started getting chilled after their bath and ended up going back into the bath again out of necessity. They also said there was an excessive amount of hair on the floor (which may be unavoidable), but it made them feel uncomfortable. Because this is a Hotel I really like—and that’s why I keep returning—I’m writing in hopes of improvement. Next year…

    I use this place eve...

    I use this place every time I visit Kashima. The facility is clean and comfortable to stay in. The only downside is that the nearest convenience store is a bit far.

    Thank you for your continued support each year.

    Every year during the "Togoku Sansha Pilgrimage," I always stay at this accommodation on the first day. The place is clean, and the staff provides excellent service. However, this time there was one thing that concerned me. I stayed on the top floor, and I believe it was coming from either the adjacent or lower floor, but there were excessively loud noises. It wasn't constant, but the noise was so loud both at night and early in the morning that it made me wonder what was happening.

    The Hotel was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was satisfying in terms of quality, variety, and quantity. It would be even better if the dining area operated not only for breakfast but also during dinner hours. Within walking distance, there are only options like Bikkuri Donkey or McDonald's, and convenience stores require a bit of a walk as well. It is recommended to do some shopping in advance before your visit.

    Overall, the Hotel lacks a sense of cleanliness.

    It was my first stay, and while the facility looked clean at first glance, it felt overall poorly maintained, which was disappointing. The floor of the large public bath's changing room had hair scattered everywhere, and I had to use the provided mop to clean it after bathing just to walk comfortably. The room was extremely humid with a musty smell; there were black mold spots on the walls that made me uncomfortable. The sink area also smelled like sewage.

    A hotel I would like to stay at again.

    The entire Hotel is clean, and the large public bath was very comfortable to use. The lobby offers complimentary coffee service, and there is a bag in the Room for carrying bath towels to the bath, which shows thoughtful consideration. The breakfast had a wide variety of options, and the staff were attentive, ensuring quick replenishment. While fruits at Business Hotel breakfasts are often not sweet or tasty, the oranges served here were sweet, juicy, and exceptionally delicious. There are many great restaurants within walking distance, so finding dinner options is never an issue—you might even have trouble deciding where to go! We stayed here during our car trip visiting Togoku Sanja Shrines. The location was very convenient and highly recommended.

    It is a good Hotel.

    The Room has plenty of tables, sofas, and hangers, so you won't have trouble with luggage storage or clothing. The Room was also clean and well-maintained. Additionally, the coffee service at the front desk is a nice touch.

    Beyond a Business Hotel

    Until now, I thought Business Hotel was the best, but something even more amazing has come out. The speed of check-in at the front desk, complimentary drinks, staff service, the spaciousness of the bath, and the breakfast are surprising. Everything is delicious, starting with crispy fried oysters in the morning. I didn't know until now; ignorance was a sin.

    I have decided to stay here whenever I come to Kashima.

    In this class of hotels, it is not an exaggeration to say it is my favorite hotel. The cleanliness of the room, the spaciousness of the unit bath, the staff's response, the large public bath, and the location are all impeccable. Furthermore, the breakfast is excellent, with everything being delicious and fresh. I have used it several times, but there is something I have thought since the first time I stayed. First, I wish there was a slightly larger mirror available in the room. The lighting in the washroom is dim for doing makeup, so when I want to do makeup in the room, there is no mirror, so it would be convenient to have a mirror like those in other hotels. Second, I wish there were more types of drinks in the vending machine. Since there is no convenience store nearby, it would be great if the hotel could enhance the selection within the hotel.

    This is my second time using this place for a visit to Kashima Shrine. It is clean and smells nice everywhere, making for a very pleasant stay. Since it was the off-season, my daughter and I could relax in the large public bath. The breakfast buffet is also delicious. It is convenient as there is a supermarket, MUJI, Nishimatsuya, McDonald's, Bikkuri Donkey, and MOS Burger just across the street. I would like to use it again.

    I was able to relax and unwind in the large public bath.

    I used it on the way back from visiting Kashima Shrine during my pilgrimage to the Three Shrines of the East. I choose Business Hotels with large public baths. The large public bath had many washing areas, allowing for a relaxing experience. The interior was very clean, and the Room was also very well cleaned, making for a pleasant stay.

    Very satisfied with both the service and the Facility.

    We stayed at the property during a one-night drive from Mito. It was more comfortable than expected, and we were glad to have stayed. Firstly, the pre-arrival communication via email was very smooth. The timing and response were appropriate, providing a sense of security. Upon arriving at the hotel, we were surprised by the excellent service of the front desk staff. "Thank you for staying at the 〇〇 Hotel before. This is a hotel of the same group." We were impressed by their wonderful hospitality skills. Many hotels treat you as if it's your first time even if you've stayed there before, but this kind of service is exceptional. It was my first time experiencing such service. The building was new and clean, and we enjoyed the large public bath. From the room, we could view the tranquil scenery and relax. We recommend adding breakfast. It was very satisfying, with a handmade feel using plenty of local ingredients. The property is located slightly off the main road, and we were initially confused about where to park, but it was not a problem once we got used to it. There are also large supermarkets and restaurants nearby, which added to the enjoyment. We would love to use it again. Thank you very much.
