    Just minutes from Shin-Osaka Station!

    Conveniently located just a short distance from Shin-Osaka Station. There is also a 7-Eleven on the first floor, making it easy to pick up anything you need. I like the Via Inn Single Room, where the table is spacious and comfortable to use. The front desk staff provide support during check-in, so even first-time guests can feel at ease. If I had one request, I would be happy if drink service were available in the lounge.

    Convenient, comfortable, and highly satisfying

    Check-in is automated, and you need to pick up amenities from the front desk, but staff are always there to assist with check-in, and security feels very solid. The tea, coffee, and toothbrush amenities were on par with a luxury Hotel. The Room was also very comfortable for working: the desk and functional designer chair were great, plus there was a separate sofa and mini table, and plenty of power outlets. There are four wall-mounted hangers which is convenient, but there is no closet, so it may not suit guests with lots of clothes. A carry-on suitcase fit easily by the bedside. You can see the Hotel from the Shinkansen exit, and although the subway entrance has stairs, it’s right in front of the Hotel—very convenient. I’d like to stay again.

    Great value for money, just a short walk from the station.

    Although it was a last-minute late-night stay, the front desk staff were kind, and the Room was clean and comfortable.

    Conveniently located near the station.

    Located right in front of the station, it offers excellent access. There is also a convenience store on the first floor, which is very handy. The Room didn’t feel cramped, and the bed was comfortable. One disappointing point was that I borrowed an iron, but after using it and letting it cool down slightly, I had to return it immediately. I assume this is because there are only a limited number available, but at Hotels I’ve stayed at before, they often told me to keep it in the Room, so I was a bit surprised. If I have the opportunity again, I would like to stay here.

    When I stopped by be...

    When I stopped by before check-in just to leave my luggage, the male staff member at reception was not smiling and did not seem very friendly. There was dust on some of the Room amenities, which gave me the impression that the cleaning was not very thorough. It would have been even better if there were hygiene products for women. Even if they are not placed in the free amenities area, I would appreciate it if guests could request them by contacting the staff.

    Just a few dozen steps on foot from the Midosuji Line South Exit.

    Just a few dozen steps from Exit 7 (South Gate) on the Midosuji Line—excellent access. It’s also only a few minutes on foot to the Shinkansen gates at Shin-Osaka Station, via the road under the tracks and past the bus stop. The building is new and feels very clean. The layout is like an extra room at Super Hotel upgraded by two levels. This Hotel is ideal if you’re in Shin-Osaka on business and just need a place to sleep before taking the Shinkansen early the next morning. There’s a 24-hour 7-Eleven on the first floor, and guests can borrow dedicated shopping baskets.

    Good value for money Hotel

    After attending a musical and missing the last Shinkansen, I urgently looked for a Hotel near Shin-Osaka Station for an overnight stay. For two people at around 8,000 yen, it was very satisfactory. The convenience of having a Seven-Eleven on the first floor was excellent.

    Due to the high hotel prices in Osaka, we opted for a single bed as a couple to save costs. The Hotel is conveniently located near Shin-Osaka Station, and there’s a 7-Eleven on the first floor. The amenities are of high quality (you can select them in the lobby and take them up). The Midosuji Line ticket gate is just a 30-second walk away. Noise from outside wasn’t an issue. The in-room laundry monitoring system (with minute-by-minute updates) was interesting and very convenient for checking availability and completion times. The room layout was practical, and my wife mentioned she’d like to stay here again when visiting Osaka alone next time. One downside was that eating or drinking isn’t allowed in the lobby lounge (-1 point); it would be nice if at least drinks were permitted. Despite minor issues like airport limousine bus access, train transfers, or room size (-1 point), overall functionality of the Hotel was excellent, earning it a 5-star satisfaction rating!

    A highly convenient Hotel

    I always use this accommodation. Close to the station, equipped with disposable slippers, quiet environment, convenience store on the first floor, and friendly staff. Staying here is consistently comfortable and reassuring. The cleaning staff are also very pleasant, which is a significant point for me. Looking forward to continuing to stay here in the future!

    Convenient from Shin-Osaka

    We stayed here for a girls' trip to the Expo. We booked three single Rooms, and they were very cute. It was very convenient for staying the night before heading to the Expo. You can buy plenty of souvenirs at Shin-Osaka, leave your luggage at the front desk, head to the Expo, and pick up your luggage at the Hotel on your way back. It's also easy to catch a Shinkansen from Shin-Osaka. There’s even a convenience store downstairs, making it very convenient!

    This is my favorite Hotel.

    Convenient and relatively quiet inside the Hotel. I have rarely felt uncomfortable here. It's rare to find a Hotel that meets all expectations, but in that sense, this Hotel is valuable to me. Additionally, the availability of disposable slippers is a big plus.

    The location is incredibly convenient, less than a minute from the subway Shin-Osaka Station exit. The reception staff were kind and accommodating, making it easy to store my luggage before check-in. The Room was clean and well-maintained, allowing for a comfortable stay. I was delighted to see the Shinkansen through the window when I opened the curtains! However, I did notice some dust on the ventilation fan cover on the bathroom ceiling. Although there is no breakfast venue within the facility, I found it convenient to enjoy my meal in the Room with its spacious sofa and table after purchasing food outside. The caster chair that doubles as an ottoman was very practical as well. I would love to stay here again when visiting Osaka alone!

    Conveniently located near the station

    Close to Shin-Osaka Station and the Midosuji Line Shin-Osaka Station ticket gate, making it very convenient. While there are no excessive services, nothing is lacking either. Everything you need is compactly organized, offering top-notch convenience near Shin-Osaka Station.

    Simply the best!

    The stay was absolutely amazing. The view from the window allowed me to see the Shinkansen, Midosuji Subway Line, and JR trains all at once. The bed was very comfortable, and the chairs were of excellent quality. I truly want to stay here again. Thank you for having me!

    Good value for money

    I stayed here because I had to leave Shin-Osaka Station early the next day. The VIA INN group is very clean, and the staff are courteous and friendly. The accommodation cost is also reasonable, and I am pleased with it. There is a large, convenient table and sofa. The bed is also large and comfortable. Check-out is completed in seconds, and it's just a short distance to the Shinkansen ticket gate at Shin-Osaka. I was able to relax until the last minute. I will use it again when I have an early morning departure from Osaka.

    Breakfast outside the Hotel

    The place was newly built, generally clean, and pleasant. Although I stayed on a cold day, the air conditioning didn't seem to work very well. What surprised me the most was that breakfast was included, but the breakfast location was a café inside Shin-Osaka Station. Moreover, since it was a café used by the general public, there was a line, and I was the seventh in line, which made me anxious about making it to work on time. I also thought that if it were raining, I wouldn't want to go. Since there is a convenience store on the first floor, I thought it might not be necessary to include breakfast.
