JR West Group Via Inn Umeda

I stayed for three nights on a business trip.The roads around the Hotel weren’t exactly clean, but there’s an entrance to the underground shopping area right in front of the Hotel, so I was able to avoid most of the heat and odors.The room was a typical Business Hotel, and breakfast was mostly standard frozen items commonly served at Hotels.That said, the front desk staff—and especially the team at the breakfast venue—provided very pleasant service, which left a great impression.

The front desk staff provided exceptional service! During check-in, without me asking, they noticed my address and immediately inferred that I would be returning home the next day. They informed me about the heavy snow causing all trains to be suspended and even helped me find a way to get back. I checked in after 11 PM, planning to rest quickly, so if I had gone straight to bed without knowing about the train situation, I would have been panicked the next morning. Thanks to their help, I was able to handle everything smoothly! Thank you very much!
