    I stayed here as a base for sightseeing in Hakata. The Room was spacious, and the location was convenient for getting around.

    Close to Hakata Station, making it very convenient for transportation. The room had a spacious desk that was easy to use, with enough space to spread out luggage, allowing for a comfortable stay. It would have been even better if there was a stand light as the area around the desk was slightly dim. The staff were friendly and welcoming with smiles. I would love to stay here again when visiting Hakata. Thank you!

    Used during a business trip.

    I stayed here for a business trip. The location is convenient, close to the station and easy to find, with a convenience store nearby. Recently, even Business Hotels provide bottled water, so it would have been nice if it was available. I was slightly concerned about the fishy smell at the first-floor entrance.

    I urgently searched for a hotel and made a reservation, thinking it was part of the JR West Hotel Group.

    Due to a delayed flight and unavailable transportation, I urgently booked this hotel. I chose it because I had previously stayed at Hotel Granvia Hiroshima and Okayama several times, where the service was excellent, so I assumed this hotel would be of the same standard. However, as it was nighttime, only male staff were present. Their response through the intercom and during check-in lacked friendliness—it felt robotic. Honestly, actual robots might have been more welcoming. In contrast, during checkout in the morning, two female staff members were very friendly and provided excellent service. The difference in attitude was surprising! The accommodation itself is new and clean with a good location but seems slightly overpriced. One disappointment was that the refrigerator's power is turned off by default; you need to switch it on yourself after entering the room, which meant I couldn't store cold items immediately—quite disappointing!

    Near Hakata Station

    Conveniently located near Hakata Station. The accommodation cost might be higher on Thursdays and Fridays, but for 40,000 yen, the amenities only included a toothbrush. Razors were available for purchase, and it would have been nice to have items like lotion and moisturizer provided.

    Thank you for kindly assisting with luggage storage in the morning, allowing an early check-in, and answering questions about the location of vending machines at any time. The Room was quiet and comfortable. However, I noticed that the black clock near the bed was dusty, and there was a strange water-like noise when using the air conditioning's heating function. Other than that, everything was perfect. I would love to stay again if I have another opportunity.

    Close to the station, clean

    It is within walking distance from Hakata Station, making it very convenient. The rooms are clean, and I would definitely like to stay here again.

    A few complaints.

    There was no hair styling product among the amenities. The pants press was not in the location indicated. The air conditioning stopped in the middle of the night, and I woke up from the cold. The toilet seat was cold at night due to the bidet settings. The bathroom was spacious and satisfying. Breakfast was also satisfying. If you are going to make guests use the automated payment machine at checkout, do not interrupt until they finish reading the screen. If you cannot wait, then abolish the automated payment machine.

    The room has not been cleaned.

    The bath was covered with hair and had not been cleaned. When I informed the front desk, they said they wanted to clean it right away. I had planned to eat in the Room, take a bath immediately, and go to sleep. When I told them I would return after dinner, they asked what time I would be back. Since we had not decided where to eat out, we had no choice but to wait in line outside in the cold, which left me chilled and feeling unwell.
