    It’s a shame, because it’s a nice Hotel.

    First, about the Room: I was disappointed to find a used toothbrush placed on top of the air purifier. When I looked out the window, I also saw many rusty hairpins scattered on the balcony, which was disappointing. In the women’s bath, the walls were covered in mold and there was a musty smell. I would like the person in charge to check this. The breakfast was delicious and the front desk staff were pleasant, which made it even more unfortunate. For reference, my Room number is 723.

    This Hotel felt like...

    This Hotel felt like heaven for shochu lovers. In the lounge, we could compare and taste a wide variety of shochu. Just when we thought we’d tried them all and were about to head back to our Room, we found even more lined up on the other side—so my mother and I happily decided there was no choice but to keep going. Above all, the front desk staff had wonderful smiles, and I was truly impressed that they took the time to explain the shochu even though they were busy. I was also surprised by the thoughtful attention from the breakfast staff. It’s such a fantastic Hotel that I’d visit Miyazaki just to stay here.

    The Onsen is excellent.

    The Onsen is excellent and leaves your skin feeling smooth. It has a silky texture. The surrounding area is a bustling entertainment district, but it’s not too bothersome, and there are plenty of restaurants, so finding food is easy. There’s also a convenience store just 1 minute away on foot. There is no shop inside the Hotel. In the lobby on the first floor, there’s an all-you-can-drink service for alcohol and soft drinks at night. Light snacks are available, and from 9 PM, complimentary dashi chazuke (rice with broth) is served. I had a very fulfilling time here!

    Onsen

    The Onsen was clean, and the Room was small but tidy. However, the breakfast was not bad but quite ordinary. Considering the high level of breakfast at Business Hotels nowadays... I look forward to next time.

    I had a comfortable stay.

    I stayed in Miyazaki for the first time from the Kanto region to watch the Ricoh Cup. It is within walking distance from the bus stop, easy to find, and located right in the middle of the downtown area, making it an excellent location. The staff provided courteous service with smiles, creating a comfortable atmosphere. The room was compact but well-cleaned, allowing for a comfortable stay. The women-only powder room was also nice. I would choose this hotel again if I have the opportunity to visit Miyazaki.

    Avoid Miyazaki during golf tournaments.

    I have stayed at this Hotel many times. The welcome shochu service and the large bath being a natural Onsen are very much appreciated. True to the Super Hotel style, the services are efficient, making it a perfect Hotel for those who want to enjoy a stay without unnecessary frills at a reasonable price. However, on the day I stayed, the Dunlop Phoenix Tournament was being held, so the Hotel rates were significantly higher than usual.
