    Because the Holic Ho...

    Because the Holic Hotel in Ebisu was wonderful, I chose this Hotel expecting the same Holic Hotel experience, but I was disappointed. The Room was small and did not feel clean; the chair had a hole in it, and the TV was broken. The TV was fixed quickly, but that was thanks to the kind service from the repair technician. I will not stay here again.

    This property used to be a love hotel. Noise from the live music venue in the basement can be loud.

    Wonderful Hotel & Rich

    We used the room for day use with my wife, and the front staff's service was excellent. Alcohol can be delivered to your room with just one phone call! The price is also very reasonable! The bath was amazing, and I enjoyed a mixed bath with my wife after a long time. We even brought some items from a nearby convenience store. Thank you very much!

    The room temperature did not rise, making it cold after a bath, which led to catching a cold.

    The walls are thin, so noises like laughter from housekeeping next door can be quite bothersome. In some cases, a love hotel might be a better option.

    Very good

    It is a calm and pleasant accommodation. It is more spacious and elegant compared to major chain accommodations. There is also a microwave in the room.

    Separate bath and toilet, relatively spacious. The room layout is also good. I will stay again.

    Convenient Hotel

    This was my first stay. I found and booked it through IKYU.com, so my expectations were high for a good hotel, but it felt somewhat underwhelming. The Deluxe Double Room had a design that resembled more of a love hotel. It seems this might have originally been that type of hotel. The entrance even displayed prices for short stays. However, the location is convenient, just about a 3-minute walk from Meguro Station. Considering the rising prices in Tokyo, this hotel could be suitable depending on your purpose of stay.

    It was my first time using it.

    I was surprised to find such a Hotel near Meguro Station. The location is about a 3-4 minute walk from Meguro Station, and there are quite a few restaurants in the area, so I had no trouble finding a place to eat at night. Breakfast is available by prior Reservation, with a choice of Western or Japanese cuisine. Both were satisfactory. Since meals are served individually, you can enjoy your meal in peace without the usual crowding of a business buffet. I had no particular complaints about the Room's interior and Facility (shower booth only), and the size was sufficient. The amenities might be closer to those of Western Hotels. It would be a plus if they could pay a little more attention to the scent when you get off the elevator. Currently, it's not quite there. A downside is that there's a blues live house next door, so the bass can be heard quite late into the night.

    First-time Use

    The first thing that surprised me was that there are staff who cannot speak English in a Hotel in such a big city. Even in Meguro, where there are many foreign tourists, I thought the front desk should definitely have someone who can speak English. Watching them serve overseas guests right in front of me made me concerned. Another thing was that the staff at the front desk were serving while eating. It's unacceptable to provide service with food in your mouth. Other than that, it was good.

    Late check-in, after card payment was completed, I was informed that there would be a water outage the next morning due to plumbing repairs. I mentioned that if I had been informed in the evening, I would have looked for another place, but I no longer had the energy to search for another hotel, so I checked out the next morning as it was. At checkout, the front desk just handed me the receipt and tried to finish it off... Hmm, I wonder if this kind of response is acceptable because rooms are reasonably filled with inbound guests these days. The location seems convenient and good, but I don't think I'll be staying again. I felt disappointed for the first time in a while.
