    Great location, no doubt!

    It was my first stay in Nagoya in a while. I arrived at Chubu Centrair International Airport around 2 PM and took the train to Meitetsu Nagoya Station. From the underground station, I went up to the ground level, and the Hotel was located just behind the landmark building "Midland Square" in front of the station. I checked in and entered the Room shortly after 3 PM. The location is incredibly convenient for everything, including finding dinner spots, subway travel, and the next day's Shinkansen ride. It's a perfect location. The Property is relatively new, and the Room was clean and comfortable. Despite the Room being compact, it had a bathtub, allowing me to relax and recover from the fatigue of a long day of travel. I would definitely like to stay here again for my next visit to Nagoya. Thank you very much.

    Conveniently located near the station!

    I went to Nagoya for a baseball event and stayed for two nights. It was my first time experiencing self check-in and check-out, but the staff kindly assisted me. The Room and the Hotel were clean, and the Facilities were well-equipped. The amenities were plentiful, and I especially liked the bath salts. Nagoya Station was very close, and the event was about a 10-minute walk from the station, making it very convenient. I would love to use this service again. Thank you very much.

    Reasonable, clean, and pleasant service.

    The price is very reasonable at under 10,000 yen, and the Room and bed are sufficiently large for one person. Very clean, with pleasant customer service. Very convenient as it is just a short walk to the station. Highly recommended.

    Use for an overnight stay before a long trip.

    It was right behind Midland Square and closer to the station than I expected. Despite being a system that requires minimal human intervention, the front desk staff's response was natural and pleasant. The Room was also adequately equipped.

    Please be careful not to get lost.

    Sotetsu Fresa Inn has multiple locations around Nagoya Station, and when checked on Google, it showed an older Hotel, not the one on Sakura Street this time. Additionally, when I inquired by phone, selecting "other" in the voice guidance also connected me to the old Hotel, similar to Google. Following the instructions of the staff who answered the phone, I found out that the Reservation was on the opposite side of the station. I almost didn't make it to the concert I was aiming for. Please be careful as both locations are hard to find.

    The cost performance...

    The cost performance was excellent, and the cleanliness was impeccable, making it a very pleasant stay. However, for someone like me who is bad with directions, the location was a bit difficult to find. I found the staff at the Nagoya (Nagoya) tourist information center to be a bit unhelpful.

    It was very convenient.

    The automated check-in and check-out, pajama rental, and the option to take your preferred amenities were efficient and appreciated. Even though it was mechanized, there was always someone at the front desk, which provided a sense of security. The room was small and the price was not particularly cheap, but considering the quality and proximity to the station, it seemed reasonable. We were also able to store our luggage before and after our stay, which was very helpful! I would like to use it again on another occasion.
