  Although the building is new, it wasn’t cleaned thoroughly, which is a shame.

  I had high expectations because the building is new. The Room interior was also nice. However, it seemed the cleaning wasn’t thorough—there was a lot of dust on the hangers, remote control, and the in-house guide.

  Thoroughly cleaned.

  The Facilities feel a bit dated, but everything was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was generally delicious, and for this price I have no complaints. However, it’s farther from the station than expected, so you’ll likely need to take a taxi.

  Comfortable!

  A clean, great-value Hotel

  I stayed for 4 days and 3 nights. It was a clean Hotel, close to the downtown area, and offered excellent value for money. For a Multiple Night Stay, towels are replaced daily, but Room cleaning seems to be provided once every four days (or for an additional fee). If you plan to use the bathtub every day, please keep this in mind.

  It was comfortable.

  The location is conveniently close to the arcade "Tanukikoji," allowing easy access via the arcade even during snowfall. The facility is well-maintained and comfortable. The hallway on the guest room floor has a charming atmosphere. The Room was spacious enough to relax, and the bathroom, with a separate washing area and bathtub, was also very comfortable to use.

  We had a relaxing time as a family.

  We stayed as a family of four, including a 3-year-old and a 7-year-old. The Japanese-style Room had two large low beds that could be pushed together, allowing plenty of space for all four of us to sleep comfortably. The Room was spacious, and the children seemed to enjoy their time freely. Having separate bath and toilet areas was also convenient. Breakfast was busy but offered a good variety of dishes with great taste. The children especially loved the pork miso soup and even went back for seconds. The Facility felt new, clean, and well-maintained, leaving us with an overall pleasant experience. We would love to stay here again!

  I was bothered by the mechanical noise.

  It is quite a distance from Odori Station, and I think I might have made a wrong choice. The Review rating was relatively high, but perhaps the single Room was not good. Among the Hotels around Sapporo Station Odori, it was the worst. Inside the Room, there was a noise that I couldn't tell if it was mechanical or wind noise, but even after turning off all the switches like the air conditioner, the noise didn't stop, so I thought it might be related to the air conditioning coming from outside. It continued all night, so I couldn't sleep. The morning buffet was ordinary. I don't think I will choose it next time.

  Great value for money

  The room was very clean and well-maintained. It is simple, yet equipped with everything you need. It is within walking distance to Odori and Susukino, and with the subway and tram stations nearby, I didn't feel any inconvenience for sightseeing in Sapporo.   Stayed for two nights in a different Room

  I used both the twin and double rooms for single use, and the bathrooms are completely different. The twin room has a washing area and is more spacious, which was nice. Being close to Tanukikoji, there are many places to eat, which was also great.
