    It was very comfortable.

    I’m really glad we chose this Hotel for our long-awaited first trip to Hamada. We had actually planned this trip shortly after the Hotel opened, but it was during the COVID period. We reluctantly canceled because we avoided traveling outside the prefecture. At last we were able to come, and we had been looking forward to it. Even though it seemed busy during the holiday weekend, the front desk staff welcomed us with warm smiles and polite service. Also, on the day we arrived, there was self-service coffee and tea set out at the front desk. We had been traveling in the heat and were thirsty, so that was truly helpful. My family used the large public bath and said it felt great both at night and in the morning. The morning bath was not crowded. They also said it was so clean in the morning that you could tell it had been cleaned overnight. From the TV in your Room, you can check how busy the large public bath, coin laundry, and breakfast venue are. One thing to note: in the morning time slot, neither of the two elevators seems to arrive quickly, so I recommend heading out early. Since it’s right by the station, the location is excellent. You won’t have trouble finding dinner options. There are sushi restaurants, set-meal restaurants, izakayas, and more. If I have another chance, I would definitely like to stay here again.

    Thank you very much for providing a comfortable stay. At check-in, we were assisted by a young male staff member who, despite appearing a bit nervous, left a positive impression with his gentle smile and warm hospitality. Additionally, we are sincerely grateful to the female staff member who kindly lent us an umbrella during bad weather and attentively helped us with our request to extend our stay. The complimentary breakfast and Doutor coffee service were delicious. We were also able to relax in the large bath, which was almost like having it all to ourselves. We look forward to choosing Route Inn for our future stays in Hamada.

    Located next to the ...

    Located next to the station, convenient for travel by train or bus. The parking lot is right behind, making it easy to carry luggage. It would be helpful if the coffee was a bit more delicious. It was a Hotel I would like to stay at again.

    Convenient

    It is conveniently located in front of Hamada Station and has a parking lot. The service is courteous, and the cleaning is thorough. I had a pleasant stay. The large public bath is also a nice feature. I enjoyed the delicious breakfast. I would like to use it again.
