    It was very good.

    The Room was very clean, which was great. It was helpful to be able to check crowding information for the breakfast venue and the large public bath on the TV. Since the Room was on the 3rd floor and seemed to face the platform, I noticed the noise from passing trains.

    As expected, the reliable Route Inn.

    I made a reservation through IKYU due to the sudden need to attend a family funeral. Later, I called to arrange for my family, including my father who requires care, to stay as well, and they kindly prepared a barrier-free room for us. Thank you very much for accommodating our various requests. The building is new, the room was clean and comfortable, and the large public bath was very relaxing (I used it twice). As expected from Route Inn, breakfast was excellent—not an overwhelming variety but with delicious side dishes, rice, bread, and coffee. It’s truly appreciated that such a proper breakfast is included without any additional charge. I’m glad I chose Route Inn again. That said, there were many Western guests in the facility; it made me think that if more Westerners discover how great Route Inn is, prices might go up!

    Stayed here after returning from Kansai Airport.

    Directly connected to Higashi-Kishiwada Station, I arrived late at night from Kansai Airport but was able to check in about an hour later. The Hotel seems relatively new, with clean and spacious guest rooms. The front desk staff in the morning were cheerful and responsive, but the staff during check-in seemed less energetic, possibly due to the late hour. Breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes and was delicious. I found it very convenient for stays before or after an international trip.

    Stayed for 3 nights on a business trip.

    I found a Hotel with parking and close to the station. The parking is flat, not a tower, making it easy to park and reasonably priced. The breakfast was buffet-style and delicious. The large public bath is available from 5 AM. It's ideal if you check in by car and then travel by train afterward. The staff's service was excellent—thank you for taking care of us during our three-day stay!

    Ideal location for the next day's work, with extended public bath hours allowing late-night or early-morning use. While the hotel seemed busy overall, the baths were not crowded due to staggered usage. The meals lacked local specialties, which was a bit disappointing. However, the staff were very kind and made the stay comfortable.

    Stay after visiting the Expo

    It was absolutely amazing!

    This was my first time staying alone at a Hotel, and it was amazing. The Onsen had a feature to check crowd levels, and when I went, there happened to be no one there, so I could relax and enjoy it. The breakfast was also provided and very satisfying. Additionally, the Hotel is close to the station with excellent access, so I would love to stay here again! If I may suggest improvements, it would be great if hand soap could be placed in the Onsen area. Also, adding just a bit more variety to the breakfast menu would make it even better!

    Impression of being thoroughly cleaned

    The guest rooms were thoroughly cleaned, including areas visible while using the restroom, leaving no unpleasant spots. The mats in the dressing area of the large public bath were fluffy and well-maintained. However, it was disappointing that there were no changing lockers in the dressing area; instead, there were traditional open shelves with baskets. It would be more comfortable if changing lockers could be provided. Breakfast was served but had a slightly salty flavor. This might have been coincidental, but most of the guests encountered seemed to be men, so perhaps it is tailored to their preferences.

    There is a problem with the staff's response.

    When I checked in in the evening, the hotel's parking lot was already full. When I asked the front staff, they brushed me off with a "there's nothing we can do." Although they advertised an Onsen, it was an artificial bath with dissolved radium and was not very impressive.
