  We chose this Hotel ...

  We chose this Hotel to see events such as Setsubun, and we were very satisfied. However, my husband mentioned that it would be nice if there were aftershave lotion for men as well. We would like to stay here again when we visit Kyoto.

  There were too many disappointments.

  During check-in, I was asked about the breakfast time for the next day and arrived at the specified time, but there was a long line. It made me wonder if asking for the time in advance helps with scheduling or adjustments. The morning was extremely crowded, and staff guidance was poor, making this one of the hotels I would not revisit.

  Very convenient, located right in front of the bus stop.

  The Shijo Horikawa bus stop is right in front, making it a very convenient location for walking anywhere. The free drink bar is also very convenient. The Room was spacious and offered a reasonable Plan, with a window and a nice view, which was very satisfying. Breakfast had a wide variety, and the staff were cheerful, attentive, and provided excellent hospitality, which left a strong impression. Unfortunately, the pillow was too hard for me, but I think this is one of the top-ranked Business Hotels in Kyoto. I will definitely use it again.
