    Noisy

    Loud and unsettling at the entrance. A Hotel geared towards younger guests. The Room and bathroom are small. Not worth the price considering the location. Should have chosen a different Hotel slightly away from the city center.

    Great Location! Stylish Hotel

    Located just steps from Nakasu-Kawabata Station, this designer accommodation offers a stylish and impressive space. The room was slightly smaller than it appeared online, but the convenience of having the sink right by the entrance, separate top-and-bottom pajamas, and a shower and toilet in separate areas were great features. Guests can enjoy an exclusive free beer service for one hour daily, with unlimited craft beer options—a delightful perk. Breakfast offers a choice between Japanese or Italian styles, with beautifully presented amuse-bouches and rice cooked in an earthen pot. The drink selection includes smoothies and plum syrup among others, providing high satisfaction to start the day. However, the restaurant staff's service fell short of typical hotel standards.

    I often stay at The Lively in Osaka, so I expected the same quality in Hakata, but unfortunately, it was a disappointing stay. The bathroom was small and dark, and the towels had an unpleasant smell. Considering these issues, I felt that the accommodation cost was quite high.

    I will not repeat this.

    I booked a Room with a projector, but the screen and bed were too close, and it was difficult to open my suitcase. I admit I didn't check the Room details thoroughly, but the inability to adjust the air conditioning, the dirty sink, and the low ceiling in the bathroom make it unsuitable for taller guests. Using the projector caused dust to appear, so cleanliness is not up to expectations either. In the morning while getting ready, a breaker tripped. I called reception but received no response and had to go there directly. On my way back with staff, they informed me that power had been restored and simply said "Oh really?" which felt dismissive. The previous day when I couldn't use the projector due to an error on Hotel's part, staff handled it well; however, overall management seems very poor. The location is convenient but I will never stay here again.

    It was nice to see that Japanese-style dishes were included in the breakfast, which used to be only Western-style. Also, there was a large sign indicating non-alcoholic wine, but it turned out to be real wine with alcohol. I drank it by mistake as they were placed in the same area, so I will be more careful.

    The previous stay was good, so this was my second time using the service. This time, when I returned at night, it was cold, and when I tried to adjust the air conditioning, I found that even though it was mid-November, only the fan mode was available, so I had no choice but to turn it off. Even if I wanted to complain about the cold, there was no phone in the room, so I had to either call the front desk with my own mobile phone or go down to the front desk. When I went to the front desk and explained the situation, they lent me a heater and a blanket, but I had to carry them myself. Well, I carried them, but it was better than waiting. However, I thought it was questionable to pay over 20,000 yen, with taxes charged separately, and receive this kind of treatment.
