Hotel Sobial Namba Daikokucho

I discovered this place on TikTok and decided to stay during the Expo. Conveniently located near the station, with a convenience store and coin laundry nearby. This is my second time staying here. For meals, both sushi rice and plain white rice are available, making it hard not to go for seconds! The egg yolks are rich, so I highly recommend trying TKG (tamago kake gohan). The large public bath offers a shampoo bar and even has a covered open-air bath—perfect for relaxing as long as you like. Free iced tea, coffee, snacks like rice crackers, and cookies were also delightful touches. True to its name "Namba," I walked back from Namba Station and even explored Shinsekai on foot. I'll definitely stay here again when visiting Osaka!

The location was excellent, allowing us to store our luggage before check-in and enjoy nearby restaurants without any trouble. The night view from the room was beautiful. Personally, I appreciated that the toilet and bathroom were separate, and it had a shower room instead of a bathtub (I did not use the public bath). I chose a breakfast-included plan, and the food was delicious. It seemed like there were many international guests staying at this accommodation. Although there were some minor concerns (pillow comfort, room temperature, noise levels, free services), they were within an acceptable range. I would love to stay at this hotel again. Thank you!
