    We’ll definitely stay here again!

    The Hotel and guest room were very clean and comfortable. The staff service was excellent as well. I would like to stay again, so thank you in advance. P.S. It would be perfect if there were an Onsen bath.

    We had a comfortable stay.

    It was clean, pleasant, and comfortable. All the staff provided very courteous service. However, there was one issue: the cleaning was not thorough, and I found some hair left behind, so I rated the Room a 3. The location is also great, and I would like to stay here again.

    High-quality Hotel

    Overall, this was a very comfortable Hotel to stay at. What I liked ・Well-stocked amenities 　Everything I needed was available, including bath salts and oral care items. ・Spacious Room 　It was far enough from the door area to be very quiet, and the size was more than sufficient. ・Delicious breakfast 　The portion was plenty for the morning, and the fried chicken was nice and crispy! ・11:00 checkout 　Does this vary by Plan? Having an 11:00 checkout really helped. What concerned me ・Are amenities only available at night? 　I wanted to soak in the bath in the morning, but when I went to get bath salts, they were no longer there. Is that common everywhere? ・Check-in is machine-only 　Even if you go to the counter, you end up using a machine anyway. It wasn’t a problem, but checking in at reception and then entering various details on the check-in machine felt a bit tedious. ・Mold in the humidifier 　Hotels tend to be dry so I wanted to use it, but there was water left inside the humidifying air purifier and black mold had grown. Since I have allergies, I didn’t use it—and it made me a little uneasy about the air-purifying function as well. Honestly, aside from the mold issue, nothing else was a big deal! I felt it offered good value for money. I’ll continue to use it for future business trips.

    I can’t really complain, but…

    The location is excellent. The room is small. With accommodation prices in Tokyo soaring these days, it can’t really be helped. Even so, perhaps to prepare for inbound demand or to cut costs, the front desk feels impersonal and has been set up to minimize human involvement; I expect leaving tasks that staff could do quickly to self-service terminals will only increase going forward. Where are you supposed to place the luggage stand to open a suitcase? To access the refrigerator, you end up having to move your suitcase each time. I stay at Toyoko Inn knowing it will be small, but it feels a bit more functional than this.

    This is a Business Hotel near Shimbashi Station. It is conveniently located near the station and feels clean. Check-in and check-out are smooth. We believe the quality is more than sufficient.

    Simple

    The Room was clean, and the bed was comfortable, so I was able to relax. However, there were far too few amenities in the Room, and I was told at the front desk to take what I needed, but I didn’t know what I would need. Since there were three staff members at the front desk, they could have explained it. Considering the Accommodation fee of just under 40,000 yen, it felt far too expensive and the service level was too low, which was disappointing.

    Stayed on the 12th floor. The JR Yamanote Line was noisy. Despite the great location and Facilities, it was disappointing.

    The location and Roo...

    The location and Room cleanliness were excellent, and the ladies-only floor had great in-room amenities. I was happy to find ReFa items such as the shower head and hair dryer. The only downside was the nighttime train noise, which comes with being so close to the station. Also, the internet connection was very unstable and inconvenient. If you don’t mind some noise, I think it’s a very good Room overall.

    Overpriced for the price.

    There were kaki no tane snacks left on the floor from the previous guest, and it was disappointing that there was no toothbrush provided in the Room. The customer service was also not good. The next day I stayed at the neighboring Dai-ichi Hotel; although the price was not much different, the service was completely different.

    Highly Satisfying, an Exceptional Hotel Beyond the Scope of a Business Hotel

    The check-in process is handled courteously, providing a sense of comfort. The Hotel, including the front desk, is clean and well-maintained. The Room is also tidy, compactly arranged, and comfortable to use. The bathroom area is kept clean and hygienic, making it enjoyable to take multiple baths. Located less than a 2-minute walk from Shimbashi Station with many convenience stores and restaurants nearby for added enjoyment. Early Reservation is recommended as this Hotel is popular. I am always grateful for the excellent service provided and look forward to continuing my stays here.

    Relaxing Hotel

    The staff are kind and attentive from the moment you check in. They help soothe your tired body after work. The Room is clean, comfortable, and perfect for both focusing on work and enjoying a good night's sleep. After checking out, it's less than a 2-minute walk to Shimbashi Station, making it very convenient. There’s also a convenience store nearby and plenty of dining options in the area. I’ve stayed here many times and am always grateful for the experience. This is a Hotel I want to continue using in the future. Thank you as always!

    Completely satisfied from check-in to check-out.

    Stayed at Daiwa Roynet Shimbashi for the first time. The process was very smooth, the front desk staff were kind, and the room didn’t feel as small as expected. The bed had just the right amount of spring, and though the bathroom was compact, it was clean and comfortable with a ReFa shower. I was lucky to have a view of Tokyo Tower from the bed and caught both its lighting up and turning off perfectly. The location is very convenient for getting around, and I would definitely like to visit again!

    Neither good nor bad.

    The front desk area was crowded with people and luggage before check-in time, and stepping out of the elevator felt like being in a foreign country, which was surprising. Although I planned to check out at 11:00 AM, my room was knocked on at 9:30 AM. When I opened the door wondering what happened, it turned out to be a male foreign staff member who said "Oh, sorry." Perhaps he had the wrong room? It wasn’t a pleasant experience, so I decided to check out early. Overall, it’s an average business hotel with no issues regarding room size. The access from Shimbashi Station was also convenient.

    It was great.

    This was my first time using this service. I reserved a ladies' room, but they kindly changed it from a double to a twin. The facility and security were excellent, and it was conveniently close to the station. I would like to use it again when visiting Tokyo in the future.

    I had a very comfortable stay.

    I had a very comfortable stay. Daiwa Roynet Hotel usually has coin laundry facilities, and you can check the remaining time on the TV, which is very convenient. It was my first time staying in Shimbashi, but I slept soundly. Thank you very much.

    Close to Shimbashi S...

    Close to Shimbashi Station and conveniently located near a convenience store. The Room is clean, and while the view from the window may not be remarkable, it is comfortable. The bathroom is a unit bath but spacious and easy to use. Temperature adjustment and shower switching are straightforward. There are no steps leading to the bathroom, making it safe for elderly guests or those with mobility challenges.

    I use this Hotel two or three times a year. The Room is clean, the Facility is well-equipped, and it is conveniently located for transportation. However, the Hotel rates have been increasing year by year, and I am considering whether to continue using it in the future.

    The Room is clean, and while amenities are self-service, there are plenty of options available. The front desk offers both face-to-face service and a panel system, making it especially convenient for repeat visits. Its proximity to the station is a plus for me, but light sleepers should note that train noise can be heard early in the morning.

    About the Bath

    It was disappointing that the bath was different from the photos, but it was compact and not unpleasant! I was placed on the ladies' floor, and there was a ReFa curling iron, which made my stay comfortable. The location is also convenient, and I would like to repeat my stay next time.

    The location was excellent and very satisfying.

    This time, we used the Property for a female guest, and she was very pleased, saying she slept very well and had no problems with the event the next day. It is reassuring to have a women-only floor. The front desk staff were also very pleasant and left a very good impression overall. Thank you very much.
