    Cost Savings Through Greater Efficiency and Service Quality

    I stayed for one night with breakfast included. There were no staff at the entrance to the breakfast venue. Although there was a notice saying “Please press the bell,” I could not find any bell. When I asked at the front desk, I was told to “just go in,” but there were no staff inside to provide guidance or refill items. Some dishes, such as yogurt, were already out of stock, and the rice was a bit hard. Since the Accommodation Fee is reasonable, I can accept this to some extent, but I would appreciate it if you could review service standards and restocking management. Also, although the in-room Wi‑Fi showed a strong signal, the connection speed was extremely slow and very unstable. I hope this can be improved as well.

    This is a very clean and pleasant Hotel. The Room we stayed in had a massage chair, which we enjoyed using over the two days. The toilet and bath are separate, which was very convenient. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby, which was helpful. We would be happy to stay again.

    Although it was just...

    Although it was just a one-night stay, the Room was more spacious and comfortable than I expected. I also used the large public bath, which helped relieve my fatigue—I was very satisfied! The staff were friendly and welcoming with great smiles!!!

    Revisiting Kurume

    My daughter lives in Kurume, and whenever I visit Kurume since getting married, I always stay at this Hotel. I used to be very satisfied with the Onsen and the delicious breakfast, but it feels like things have changed since COVID. It seems you are working on cost reductions and improving efficiency in various ways, but I was disappointed to see savings taking priority over service. Even for a Business Hotel, I believe hospitality is important. I would like to continue staying here when I visit Kurume, so I hope for a comfortable and pleasant stay going forward.

    No amenities are provided...

    Although the website states that amenities are not provided, it was disappointing that despite having an Onsen, there was nothing such as facial cleanser, toner, shower caps, or hair ties. This Hotel is not one you can stay at without bringing your own toiletries. There was only a toothbrush in the Room. Of course, there was no mineral water either. It felt unusual these days. Breakfast was a buffet, but perhaps because it was before 9:00 a.m., there was almost nothing left. More items were brought out little by little afterward, but if food runs out depending on the time slot, guests end up having to wait for refills even though they have paid for breakfast, which I felt showed a lack of consideration.

    I had a comfortable stay.

    We stayed in a twin Room. It was spacious, and we were able to relax. The large Onsen bath was very pleasant and helped us recover from our fatigue. If we visit Kurume again, we would like to stay here again.

    There is nothing in Kurume, but

    At first, I thought it was an entrance like a love hotel, but it turned out to be the back door. The Room cleaning is not thorough. The color scheme resembles that of a love hotel. Amenities do not meet even the minimum standards. Room wear is stacked in the elevator hall, and you have to pick it up yourself. Breakfast... it's at the level of what you'd get at a single male friend's house. I've never seen such a buffet! They charge 1500 yen for this? In this town that doesn't seem related to inbound tourism!

    Very comfortable.

    The quietness of the air conditioning and the spaciousness of the Onsen bath made for a very comfortable stay. Things we noticed: - The mirror in the men's bath washing area has water stains, making it hard to see. - There is a lot of hair on the floor in the women's bath changing room; more frequent cleaning would be appreciated (from my wife).

    First time in Kurume.

    I discovered this Hotel while planning a trip to Kurume to visit a friend I hadn't seen in a year. Its biggest advantage is its proximity to the cultural district lined with various restaurants. Although the convenience store might be a bit of a walk, it’s not much of an issue. The Facility is new, and the staff's service was excellent. I’d love to stay here again on my next visit to Kurume. The large public bath on the second floor opens from 6 AM, allowing you to refresh yourself before breakfast!

    Comfortable Business Hotel

    I stay here when visiting Kurume for work. While nothing stands out as exceptional, Green Rich Hotel feels like the go-to option in Kurume.

    It was my first time using it.

    It was my first time staying, but the service, Facility, amenities, cleanliness, and the large public bath were all excellent and very satisfying. Thank you for lending me a wine opener as well. I will definitely choose Green Rich Hotel Kurume again when I visit Kurume next time. Looking forward to staying with you again!

    I always stay at this Hotel during my trips to Fukuoka as my daughter lives in Kurume. Although it is a bit far from the station, buses and taxis are available, so it’s not inconvenient. I particularly like the large public bath. This time, my husband joined me, but he mentioned that he wished there were pillows filled with rice husks since he isn’t fond of soft pillows. That was the only slightly disappointing aspect.

    Kurume After a Long Time

    I stayed in Kurume for the first time in a while. The hotel was very good, but I felt it would have been even better if it were closer to the station. It was very cold this time, so I entered the onsen three times and almost forgot about the cold. Kurume is known as the birthplace of tonkotsu ramen, yet I felt there were very few ramen shops; it would have been nice to have more delicious ramen shops nearby!

    It was good.

    We stayed as a couple. It didn't feel as cramped as previous Business Hotels. I think it's because there is more space. We were also able to enjoy the Onsen and had a relaxing time. Additionally, the parking staff were very kind and helpful. We have a Reservation for next month as well. Thank you in advance.

    Breakfast!

    The Room was a premium twin Room, and it was very nice that the bath and toilet were separate and very clean!! The Room was also spacious!! I can't be too luxurious about the shampoo, conditioner, and body soap, but it would have been nice if they were a little better. It was a bit dry. I was looking forward to breakfast, but there were few side dishes, and I'm not sure if it was just a coincidence, but the rice was a bit soft. I think everyone has their own preferences, but I would have preferred it to be firmer.
