In addition to 24-hour lobby service with coffee and cold tea, we also enjoyed wine from 15:00 to 20:00 and shaved ice, which was a very thoughtful touch.The location was extremely convenient for getting anywhere, and since it’s right by Exit 1, we really appreciated not having to walk far to the station in the summer heat.We would definitely love to stay again.

On my return to Kyoto after staying in Osaka Shinsaibashi and Kyoto Shijo, I chose to stay here this time.First of all, it’s incredibly close—just a 1-minute walk from Karasuma Oike Station!You do have to go up the long stairs at Exit 1, but being able to use the station without being affected by the weather was very convenient.It’s also close to a bus stop, and you can get to Gion, Kyoto City Hall, Imadegawa, and more directly on one line, which makes it very convenient.However, there was some construction work next door starting in the morning, so the noise bothered me a little.The Room is compact but clean, and having the bath and sink area separated made for a comfortable stay.I’m always quietly happy when there are bath salts among the amenities—it really helped me unwind after a long day.I also liked the balance of the downlights in the Room; it felt calm and relaxing at night.Next time I come to Kyoto, I’d love to stay here again.
