    Second Stay

    This was my second stay, and ever since my first visit I decided to choose Hachinohe Grand Hotel every time—I’ll continue to stay here in the future as well. The staff’s courteous service and the cleanliness were impeccable; thank you again for another wonderful stay!

    Spacious Room

    The Facility is old but well-cleaned. Parking is available for 500 yen. The parking space was very narrow. The Room was spacious and very satisfying. Breakfast was also satisfying.

    We would have appreciated more attention to the important supporting role of breakfast.

    This is my second stay in about 10 years. I am not fond of small rooms, but I was able to stay in a spacious twin room at a reasonable price while the prices of surrounding hotels have increased. I was concerned about aging, but the carpet and wallpaper have been updated, additional outlets have been installed, and there were no issues with cleanliness. The breakfast included several dishes prepared in the hotel's kitchen and local specialty dishes, showing their efforts. However, from the perspective of someone who always eats bread in the morning, it was disappointing that there was only margarine and no butter, and that the essential steaming time for making delicious coffee was not taken, indicating a lack of consideration for important supporting roles.

    The breakfast is delicious.

    We were looking for a room for three people for a trip with friends, and although the options were limited, we are glad we chose this Hotel. The Room was spacious, and while the Hotel had an old impression, it was kept clean. The staff at the front desk and lounge were all pleasant and efficient, which was great. The breakfast was very delicious, and I wish I had come with a bigger appetite. There were plenty of ingredients and local dishes from Aomori, and since it was a sightseeing trip, it was nice to experience the local flavor even at the Hotel's breakfast. We could compare different apple juices, and the oden was so delicious it was moving. There was also a sake tasting event in the evening, and I thought it was such a good event that it seemed a shame it was free. Since I don't often have the opportunity to visit Hachinohe, I'm glad I stayed at a good Hotel.
