    A cozy and homely atmosphere

    The staff were very friendly. The bath was average. The first floor felt like home, which was nice. There were snacks and toys, making it a relaxing stay.

    Highly satisfied.

    I stayed for work, and the room was spacious and clean, with excellent meals. The directions and assistance from the front desk when I went out for dinner were also great, making it a pleasant outing. I would like to visit again with my family next time.

    Hokkaido in summer is wonderful too!

    I stayed with my wife and son, and we were able to enjoy our trip while being satisfied with the delicious food, clean room, and great value. Summer in Hokkaido is wonderful. Especially this year, it was a hot Hokkaido summer, but we were able to relax at the accommodation.

    Stayed for one night...

    Stayed for one night for Furano sightseeing. The service was simple and perfect for business use. During the stay, the lounge offered shiratama zenzai along with a variety of coffee and tea options, allowing for a relaxing time. The bathroom was clean, and it was nice to stretch out and enjoy a bath. The Dutch baby pancake at breakfast was delicious, and above all, the salad and side dishes were exceptionally tasty. Thank you very much!

    It was excellent.

    The space was lovely and very comfortable. The outdoor bath was quiet, with a pleasant breeze, making it feel like a private open-air bath at home, which I truly enjoyed. I also had a relaxing time at the café in its charming space and would love to visit again.

    It's good, but there are many people from overseas.

    It felt like a hotel designed with foreign guests in mind. Compared to the level of hotels in other areas, I think it is very high. The location is a bit hard to find, but the room I stayed in was spacious and nice. However, there is no view at all. The hotel itself was very clean and sophisticated, so you can feel at ease in that regard. The level is high, and I would be happy if there were such places nearby as well.

    I was able to relax.

    Beautiful Hotel - I was able to relax in the lounge. There were also introductions to nearby restaurants, and I wished I could have stayed another night to relax.

    New and comfortable Hotel

    Conveniently located for sightseeing in Furano and Biei. The Room was spacious and had a good sense of cleanliness. The Room only had a shower booth, but there was a large public bath, which was not crowded, so I used the public bath. It would have been even better if there was a sauna.
