    A quiet Hotel conveniently located near the station

    As expected from Roynet, the quality is high and there’s nothing lacking. So here’s a comparison of the single Rooms at the nearby DELstyle Nayabashi. Fushimi - Close to Fushimi Station; about a 2-minute walk from the Tsurumai Line - Chic, calm interior - In-Room bath is a unit bath - The large public bath is smaller than Nayabashi’s - Breakfast is mainly Japanese at the 1F tonkatsu restaurant Nayabashi - Just over a 5-minute walk from Fushimi (Tsurumai Line), and about 15 minutes on foot from Nagoya Station—so there is some walking involved - Casual, bright interior - Rooms with baths have a separate washing area - The large public bath is spacious and relaxing - Breakfast is mainly Western at the café, with made-to-order egg dishes available - Often better value than Fushimi Conclusion Both are excellent Hotels with high satisfaction. If you want to minimize walking time, Fushimi is recommended. If you don’t mind walking but want more facilities and value, choose Nayabashi.

    I was captivated by the bamboo art.

    Conveniently located just a 2-minute walk from Fushimi Station. I chose to stay here because I was drawn to the Japanese-inspired atmosphere, with bamboo accents throughout the Facility and traditional-style wallpaper in the Room. As I was traveling solo, I felt comfortable and safe thanks to the women-only floor. It was also helpful to be able to check how crowded the bath and dining area were. I was satisfied with the breakfast buffet as well, as I could enjoy small portions of Nagoya specialties. I would love to stay here again when visiting Nagoya.

    Cleaning is...

    We stayed as a family of three. It was nice to have a large public bath where we could relax. Breakfast was a buffet at the tonkatsu restaurant on the first floor, and we were satisfied—the fried shrimp and tonkatsu were delicious. On the other hand, we had concerns about cleanliness. Dust had accumulated on the tray where the in-room glasses were placed, which surprised us when we noticed it after using them. There was also dust under the window frame, and we ended up wiping it ourselves. In addition, the bath mat in the public bath area was damp, making us feel it might not have been replaced. Since there are good points as well, we hope to see improvements in cleaning.

    Ladies’ Room

    Thank you for placing me on the women-only floor, which made me feel safe. A clean Room, and the amenities were well stocked. The coffee was also delicious. It was a shame the bathroom was small, but it was clean. What disappointed me was that the hair iron in the Room was broken. If you’re visiting Misonoza, it’s in a perfect location. Thank you for the 14th floor with a great view.

    The location was excellent, making it ideal for sightseeing in Nagoya.

    I chose this Hotel because it is close to the Nagoya City Science Museum and Art Museum, and it is also easy to reach Higashiyama Zoo and Botanical Gardens with a single subway line. There are many restaurants nearby, so I had no trouble choosing a place for dinner. The bed in the Room was large enough and I slept well. As a result, the Room felt a bit small, but considering the cost, I was satisfied overall. It seemed that the humidifier may not be used often; when I tried to fill it with water, there was some black mold on the tank. I would appreciate regular checks. It was disappointing that the bath area was crowded because it was a three-day holiday weekend, but breakfast was not very crowded, and I enjoyed freshly fried items—they were delicious. If I have another chance to visit Nagoya, I would like to stay here again.

    Conveniently located and cost-effective Hotel

    Convenient Location: The subway entrance is very close to the Hotel, and there are a convenience store, a drugstore, and a famous Nagoya-style chicken wing izakaya nearby. However, there is room for improvement in the cleanliness of the Hotel as some dust was observed in certain areas. We hope this will be improved.

    Overall, I was very satisfied.

    The accommodation offers great value for its excellent location. Clean, modern, and well-designed rooms. Having separate toilet and bathroom was a plus. The public bath was sufficient even without a sauna or open-air bath. Breakfast included local specialties (kishimen noodles, fried shrimp, miso katsu skewers, ogura toast), which were very satisfying. Although the limited number of affiliated parking lots might cause some concern for those driving from afar, parking was not an issue in practice. It was slightly inconvenient that the elevator always stopped at the second-floor lobby when going up or down from upper floors to the first floor. Overall, it was a highly satisfying stay!

    I had a comfortable stay.

    The Deluxe Twin Room was spacious enough for our family of three, with well-equipped amenities, a clean room, and a comfortable stay. We would love to stay here again when visiting Nagoya.

    Very convenient for sightseeing.

    Just one station from Nagoya, about a 2-minute walk from Fushimi Station, but the subway entrance only had stairs, which made carrying a suitcase up and down quite tiring. The amenities were excellent, with coffee and ice bars available, which was great. We stayed in a Deluxe Twin Room that was spacious enough for our family of three and very clean. However, the breakfast venue had limited options, and we felt there wasn’t much to eat; the price seemed slightly high. Overall, it’s a comfortable Hotel with many restaurants and shops nearby and excellent access to other areas, making it very convenient. I would like to stay here again when visiting Nagoya.

    A reliable Hotel.

    Compact yet comfortable and well-equipped Room. The entrance of the Room had a step-free, foyer-like design with a clear area for removing shoes, which made the space feel cleaner and more pleasant. The public bath was not spacious but had a clean atmosphere, and the daily-changing card key system added a sense of security. It was disappointing that hair oil was no longer included in the amenities, but the ice pops were a delightful treat on hot days.

    Unfortunately.

    During my business trip to Nagoya, I had high expectations when reserving this accommodation, as I frequently stay at the same chain's "Nagoya Shinkansen Exit," which is always comfortable. However, despite requesting a high floor as usual, I was assigned the lowest floor. The floor was overly crowded and noisy. It seemed that men were placed on lower floors while women were grouped on higher floors; this was evident from the lights when looking up at night. While I can accept the minimal room size, as mentioned in other reviews, the elevator was extremely slow and so small that it became cramped with just three people carrying luggage. It was disappointing to see such a difference in prioritizing operational efficiency even within the same hotel chain. Personally, even for business use, comfort and hospitality are essential for me. Moving forward, I will reserve "Nagoya Shinkansen Exit" without hesitation.

Below are the positive points and areas for improvement. 【Positive Points】 - Location: Safe area, just one subway stop to Nagoya, and a 3-minute walk to the subway station—extremely convenient. - Functional and clean Room and Hotel Facility. - Price: Especially on weekdays, prices are under 10,000 yen, making it very reasonable. 【Areas for Improvement】 - Cleaning: My purchased magazine on the bed and breakfast ticket on the desk were disposed of during cleaning. - Breakfast: Honestly, it did not feel worth 2,000 yen; it seemed overpriced. I found greater satisfaction having breakfast at nearby places like the stylish fruit shop across from the hotel (however, meals served by the tonkatsu restaurant in the breakfast venue during lunch and dinner were affordable and delicious). - Elevator: Although there were three elevators available, lines often formed due to stops at the second floor both going up and down—apparently for ventilation as per administrative guidance—but perhaps there could be a better solution? - Bath: The water was quite hot; many guests seemed to only use it as a foot bath. Lowering the temperature slightly might be better.

    I stayed with a friend for a theater visit. The Room and Facility were clean and user-friendly. The loungewear, in particular, was made of different materials for the top and bottom, offering great comfort and relaxation. Its unique design showed attention to detail that I haven't seen at other Hotels. The staff were very kind, except for a slight delay during check-in. Next time, I would like to try the ladies-only floor.

    Convenient Business Hotel for Business Trips

    I often use this hotel during my business trips to Nagoya. I used to love the large public bath and the women-only rooms, but recently the ladies' rooms are always fully booked, and the women's public bath is often crowded, so I end up using my room instead. It would be great if there were more spaces dedicated to women for a better experience. The location is convenient as it’s close to the station with many restaurants, convenience stores, and drugstores nearby, making it ideal for business stays.

    Staying on a women-only floor for the first time, I felt much more secure knowing that access from the elevator hall to the rooms required a card key. The electric kettle and other amenities in the room were well-maintained and clean.

    Check-in and Elevators

    I have used it several times, but I found filling out the form at check-in to be a hassle each time. The process of issuing the room key after filling out the form is also cumbersome. The time for the elevator doors to open and close feels long and stressful. Other than that, everything was satisfactory.

    Noise during the Spring Festival

    Several Spring Festival tourists were loud in the hallway and moved between distant rooms, causing noise to resonate in the room. It was unbearably noisy since check-in, making it impossible to work, so I had to change rooms. The staff responded with empathy, but I wondered if it's just the fate of Spring Festival and business hotels, and I had to give up. I thought the breakfast selection was quite carefully chosen. It was a mentally exhausting stay. There are aspects that can't be helped due to noise and differences in facilities and culture, but the staff's hospitality was very good.

    Conveniently located near Fushimi Subway Station.

    The room is spacious enough and well-equipped without excess. Unfortunately, you can hear loud laughter late at night, either from the guests in the next room or the hallway, and there are banging noises, either from the floor or the walls, so the soundproofing is not good. It might also be due to the quality of the guests staying. Considering the price, the breakfast was sufficient. The simmered fish was lightly seasoned and good.

    The ladies' floor was great.

    We stayed in Nagoya for a theater visit, two women together. Since we stayed on the ladies' floor, there was a hair iron and a Lourdes cushion-type massager, which was nice. Due to availability, we were upgraded to a deluxe room, so we enjoyed a more spacious room. The washroom had the same door from the room, but the toilet in the front and the bath in the back (with another door) were separate, spacious, and convenient. The bed was extremely comfortable. The women's large bath was crowded at night, so we used it in the morning. It was empty in the morning, allowing for a leisurely bath. It was also nice to compare the usability of Dyson and ReFa hair dryers. The top of the room wear was made of a cotton-like material and was white, so I thought it might be see-through, and I only used the navy pants. I thought it would have been better if the top was also a dark color. Additionally, the hotel entrance was hard to find, so I thought it would be better to have a noticeable sign from the street. The nearest subway entrance only had stairs, so we had to carry our suitcases up and down, and the elevator inside the hotel took a while to come, which was a drawback. However, overall, it is a very clean and comfortable hotel. It's one station away from Nagoya, but I think it's rare to stay at a hotel in this chain at this price. I highly recommend this comfort.

    It was comfortable!

    I used this place when visiting Misonoza for the first time. The clock provided in the room was 10 minutes slow, and I ended up being late for my meeting without realizing it. However, the facilities were new, and the room was easy to use and comfortable. I would like to use it again next time. I usually don't pay much attention to hotel clocks, but the clock in the room I stayed in this time was large and in an easy-to-see position, so I relied on it without checking my smartphone or wristwatch.
