    A reliably great choice: Route Inn

    It’s conveniently accessible from Toyocho, and I’ve stayed here several times—it's a good Hotel. There are many restaurants nearby, and the location is great. However, this time the air conditioner in my Room was a bit outdated and didn’t cool well, which was disappointing. Other than that, it was the reliable Route Inn as always, and I could relax. I’ll stay again.

    I have stayed here several times in the past. I especially like the large public bath and the breakfast buffet. I remember that the Room used to be very well cleaned, but this time I noticed dust in various places and an unpleasant musty smell when I entered the Room (perhaps due to the rainy season). The Room slippers also felt old. Since the accommodation cost has increased compared with before, overall it was disappointing. I’m posting this in hopes that things will improve, even a little.

    I had made a Reservation for a single, but they kindly upgraded me and I stayed in a twin Room. The renovation had been completed, and both the guest Room and the large public bath were new. The staff were all courteous, so I felt comfortable and at ease throughout my stay. Perhaps because it was late, breakfast felt like it had fewer options than other Route Inns. Due to the furniture layout in the Room, the bathroom door hit the bed and could not be opened fully, which was a bit inconvenient. However, it is a convenient Hotel close to the station. Thank you for your hospitality.

    Due to limited Room ...

    Due to limited Room availability, I had no choice but to stay in a smoking Room. As soon as I opened the door, the smell of cigarettes was very strong and unpleasant. I have stayed in smoking Rooms at other Hotels, but perhaps because they had an air purifier in the Room, the odor was never this noticeable. From now on, I will always choose a non-smoking Room. Other than that, I was very satisfied with the Facility amenities, the large public bath, and breakfast. For future Reservations, I will definitely book a non-smoking Room.

    The public bath was excellent.

    The room had a spacious and open feel with a wide hallway from the entrance. However, there was a noticeable dusty smell when using the air conditioner. While this can happen at any accommodation, it was particularly strong here. I slept without the air conditioner and felt cold. For those who don't use the air conditioner while sleeping, it's recommended to borrow an extra blanket. Regular cleaning of the filters would be appreciated. The large public bath was convenient as its crowd status could be checked from the room, and it was nice that there were two large bathtubs for women as well. On departure, a cleaning staff member greeted me in passing, leaving a positive impression.

    Noise from the neighboring room was noticeable.

    I made an early reservation to relax in the large public bath. I stayed alone in a twin room, so the room felt too spacious. Unfortunately, this time, there was loud noise like banging from the neighboring room, which was very bothersome.

    It was a comfortable stay.

    Convenient access from Tokyo Station. Relaxing in the large bath helped relieve fatigue. The price range was relatively affordable. The Room was clean and comfortable. I will use it again.

    Does not match the rating.

    Stayed for one night. The position of the desk in the Room is inconvenient. If you move it even slightly, the door to the unit bath (toilet) cannot be opened, and in that state, you cannot sit on the chair. The design gives no sense of consideration for guests to relax. Similarly, regarding Room cleaning, it seems there is no intention to make guests feel comfortable. Even though the public bath was pleasant (though the changing area was narrow) and breakfast was delicious, I would not consider staying here again.

    Everything was excellent!

    The bed in the Room was very comfortable to sleep on. The large public bath was very clean and perfect for a relaxing soak. Both the breakfast and the izakaya menu at night were excellent! I would love to stay here again.

    Friendly service

    I mistakenly made a reservation for a smoking room instead of a non-smoking room, but during check-in, the staff carefully confirmed if it was indeed a smoking room and noticed the mistake. When I expressed my concern about the error, they promptly changed it to a non-smoking room. Thanks to their quick response, I was able to enjoy a comfortable stay until check-out. Thank you very much!

    It was comfortable.

    Located near a central city station, with a large public bath and breakfast included, this price is very reasonable. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The bed was equipped with Airweave, allowing for a restful stay in a quiet environment. I would love to stay here again.

    We can recommend it as a Business Hotel.

    Conveniently located near Toyocho Station on the Tokyo Metro. There are two convenience stores and a chain café nearby, making it perfect for budget-conscious travelers! However, the price seems a bit high. The room is spacious enough, the bed is wide, and the Airweave mattress provided a comfortable sleep. Amenities are by POLA, ensuring quality and peace of mind. The large public bath has a spacious tub and partitioned washing areas, allowing for privacy. It would be appreciated if the changing area were a bit larger. Although I didn't use them, having two drum-type washing machines available is a plus. I would like to stay again if I have the opportunity. Overall, although slightly expensive, I can fully recommend it.
