    I was able to spend time in a quiet Room. Thank you for your thoughtful consideration. I also appreciated that the bathroom and toilet were separate, and that there was a Japanese-style washing area. I had a relaxing stay for three nights and would like to stay again if I have the opportunity.

    I am completely satisfied with everything.

    My daughter and I stayed one night in a Twin Room. We made a Reservation because of the high ratings, and it was as comfortable as the reviews said. The Room was spotless, the blackout curtains worked perfectly, and the beds were ideally firm. The sink and toilet area was surprisingly spacious for a Business Hotel, and we were impressed that the bathroom also had a separate washing area. We will definitely stay again.

    Very close to Daimon Station.

    Very close to Hamamatsucho Station and Daimon Station, and the Room is very clean.\nThere are also many restaurants nearby, making the location excellent.

    Conveniently located near the station.

    We stayed with our child to attend a live show at the National Stadium. The front desk was friendly with a bright atmosphere, and the Room was new and clean. We went to the front desk many times to get drinks. Next time, I think my child could stay here alone with peace of mind.

    The corner room was comfortable as well.

    The EX Double and Twin rooms are comfortable with separate bath and toilet, and the corner room with a unit bath was also comfortable thanks to windows on two sides.

    The Room was clean and spacious, and we were able to relax comfortably. The Room had a separate bath and toilet and felt very clean. The washing area was also large, and the bathtub was deep, so we could soak and unwind like at home. The view of Tokyo Tower from the Room was spectacular—right in front of us. It was our first time staying at a Hotel with Tokyo Tower that close. It’s close to the station, with a direct train to Haneda Airport—an incredibly convenient and wonderful Hotel. Thank you very much.

    I have some concerns about the cleaning.

    When I dropped a small brush behind the sink and tried to retrieve it, it had fallen into a buildup of yellow residue, hair, and dust. As a result, I couldn’t use the brush and had to throw it away. The water tank area of the air purifier was also dirty. Breakfast was disappointing, and I don’t think I need it next time. Please double-check the cleaning. The location was great, the bathroom was spacious, and the front desk staff were polite, so overall I had a pleasant stay.

    It exceeded expectations.

    Due to the cancellation of my flight from Haneda and uncertainty about whether to take a plane or bullet train the next day, I chose this place for its convenient access to both. Despite the sudden reservation, the room was comfortable, amenities were provided, and the front desk staff were pleasant, allowing me to have an enjoyable stay. The room had a desk that made working easy, and the positioning of the bed and TV was excellent. I was able to relax in my room until morning without any issues. I look forward to staying here again.

    It was great.

    I requested an early check-in just in case, and they kindly checked without any hesitation. The reception staff were all very kind, and their service was excellent. The room was clean, and I appreciated being able to adjust the air conditioning settings in detail. Many newer Hotels have automatic systems that switch between heating and cooling based on the temperature... The view of Tokyo Tower from the window was stunning—it left me speechless. There was no noise leakage, ensuring a great night's sleep. It’s been a while since I stayed at such a wonderful Hotel. Thank you so much! I would love to stay here again.

    A clean and comfortable Business Hotel

    The environment was clean and very quiet. I was surprised that there was no closet, perhaps because it is a Business Hotel. There was only one towel and one bath towel, so I had to reuse the same towels in the morning after using them at night, which was disappointing. Other than that, it was quiet with no major issues. However, I did notice a faint motor noise coming from somewhere, which bothered me slightly. The location and environment were ideal for business purposes.

    I made a last-minute Reservation as I wanted to enjoy a relaxed dinner with an old friend. The Reviews mentioned a clean space, and indeed, the Room and bathroom were very clean and comfortable. I look forward to visiting again.

    When the air conditioner is on, I can't stop sneezing.

    This Hotel offers great value for money, with easy access to both JR and subway lines. The Room is clean, and I often stay here because it's my favorite. However, when I turned on the air conditioner, I couldn't stop sneezing. This can be quite tough on extremely hot days. Since the air conditioners at other Keikyu EX Inn locations were fine, it seems to be an issue specific to this Hotel.

    It was a double Room, but for single use, it was comfortably spacious with a bed, shower, and bath that were all excellent. The front desk is staffed by one person who is friendly, but interaction is minimal due to the automated check-in and check-out system. If anything, breakfast was managed by one staff member and the quality was average; the broth's flavor wasn't impressive. As a Business Hotel, it exceeds expectations overall. For breakfast alternatives, there are nearby cafes offering morning options.

    A Hidden Gem Business Hotel You’ll Want to Keep Secret

    I use this Hotel every time I travel for business, and it is always clean, comfortable, and provides just the right level of service for a worry-free stay. With this price and great accessibility, I truly believe it’s a Hotel that caters well to Japanese guests (though many foreign tourists also seem to enjoy staying here). I hesitate to share too much because I don’t want it to become difficult to make a Reservation, but it’s such a favorite that I can’t help but recommend it. Thank you for always providing such a comfortable stay!

    Mother-Daughter Trip for Three

    A triple Room with a twin bed and an extra bed, featuring the much-appreciated separate bathroom and toilet. Although slightly compact, the Room was very clean and comfortable for relaxation. You can even enjoy a view of Tokyo Tower, and the provided loungewear with separate top and bottom means no need to bring your own pajamas. It was a satisfying Hotel stay.

    Conveniently located near Hamamatsucho Station, just off the main street. The security for accessing guest rooms via the elevator is well-maintained. Check-in was self-service, but staff promptly appeared from behind the front desk and seemed ready to assist if needed. However, amenities are minimal.

    Convenient Location

    Fortunately, I was able to stay in a Room with a view of Tokyo Tower. The Room was more spacious than expected, the bed and bedding were very comfortable, and the location was extremely convenient.

    This was my first time using it.

    There is a transfer from the Shinkansen station (Tokyo, Shinagawa), but the Hotel is close to the station, very clean, and easy to use. The breakfast had a limited variety, but since I tend to overeat at buffets, it was just the right amount. Since I stayed on the EX floor, the bath with a washing area was excellent. I was also delighted that the Room I stayed in, as I had hoped after reading the Review, had a view of Tokyo Tower. I will definitely use it again. Thank you very much.

    There was a sense of cleanliness.

    Since it was not a unit bath, I used it for the first time. Overall, it was clean and the bath was nice. I think there were some amenities next to the front desk, but I felt like I wanted a few more women's amenities next to the washbasin.

    Prompt response at reception

    I realized I had forgotten my wallet in the room an hour after checking out and called from the conference venue at 10 o'clock. Usually, the room cleaning is finished, and they call after checking for forgotten items in the early afternoon at the earliest, but they contacted me 10 minutes later saying, "We found your wallet and are keeping it." This sense of security is excellent. The quality as a Business Hotel is sufficient. I had breakfast, which was neither good nor bad. I will use it again when using Hamamatsucho. Thank you very much.

    The size of the Room is compact but user-friendly. It was clean and well-maintained, making it pleasant to use. The front desk was not very friendly, but it was not bad, just average.

    I used a semi-double...

    I used a semi-double room by myself. The room and the bathroom, including the toilet, were clean. The air purifier was also good. I felt the refrigerator could have been a bit colder. The curry at breakfast was delicious and had a positive impact on my work that day. I felt it was better compared to similar hotels.
