    I have stayed here three times, and on two occasions I was disturbed by noise and ended up sleep-deprived.

    Last time, a male guest repeatedly made loud noises like slamming the window after 11:00 p.m., along with throat-clearing, and I couldn’t sleep. It also started again early in the morning. During this stay, I heard noises around 1:00 a.m. The floor is carpeted, so it was strange because it didn’t seem like the kind of sound you could make even on purpose. I also heard something like a man clearing his throat, but since the room next door was not a guest room and seemed to be a cleaning room, I can only guess that staff may have been doing some kind of work (just speculation). In any case, it was noisy again this time as well, and I felt very unpleasant the next day due to lack of sleep. It’s disappointing because the staff in both the guest rooms and lobby were very helpful.

    The Room was spaciou...

    The Room was spacious, beautifully furnished, and very comfortable. The bed was so cozy that I only meant to lie down for a moment but ended up falling asleep, which was an unexpected mishap since I had planned to fully enjoy the Room. I stayed for one night this time, but it made me want to stay another night. Breakfast the next morning was delicious.

    The noise is very loud.

    There was a constant sound like running water coming from the wall all night, and it was too noisy to sleep. On a Multiple Night Stay, only the towels are replaced and the room is not cleaned, which felt unhygienic. The slippers also felt unpleasant.

    It was great.

    We stayed here for a Disney trip with our grandchildren—8 people in 4 rooms. What we liked - The beds were very comfortable. - The Room was clean and we were satisfied. - Breakfast, just as rumored, was excellent. Coffee could also be taken back to the Room. - The late-night snack time (22:00–23:00) was nice. There weren’t many soba noodles and they ran out, and no staff were present. What concerned us - The parking lot was hard to find. - Some aging of the Facility is unavoidable. - The male front desk staff member seemed lacking in energy. Overall, we were satisfied. We would like to stay again. Thank you very much.

    Convenient location ...

    Convenient location near the station with friendly reception staff. Equipped with vending machines, coin laundry, a large public bath, and a fitness room for basic needs, though closing times are early. The Room is reasonably spacious and functional. However, despite claims of "attention to soundproofing," noise from neighboring rooms and the coin laundry can be heard quite clearly. Meals are delicious—be careful not to overeat! Would love to stay here again when visiting the Kanto area.

    It warmed my heart.

    It was my first time staying, and the calm and courteous service during check-in was wonderful, making me forget the cold night. (It was a female staff member.) The female staff who assisted during breakfast also seemed sincere and treated me kindly, allowing me to enjoy a delicious meal. The Room was clean and well-prepared, making it a Hotel I would love to visit again.

    Second stay

    Upon entering the Room, I discovered something had fallen on the floor. It turned out to be the cover of the air purifier, so I tried attaching it as there was white tape on the top. However, after a while, it fell again with a loud noise, which startled me. I managed to reattach it somehow but would have appreciated prior instructions.

    I stayed here during...

    I stayed here during my business trip to Chiba, and it was great as it is very close to the station and has a large public bath. The breakfast had a wide variety of options and was delicious. I would like to stay here again if I have the chance.

    Satisfied for business use.

    I stayed for a multiple night stay of 3 nights due to a business trip. First, the issues: the edge of the desk in the room was peeling, parts of the artificial leather on the chair were coming off, and tape used to repair peeling parts of the wall was also coming loose—these details lowered my mood. Additionally, upon entering, the room was extremely hot; I had to set the air conditioning to high and endure it for a while. The fitness room and stone sauna required additional fees, and drink service in front of the lounge near reception was only available on weekends—this was disappointing. There was no cleaning during my stay; instead, fresh towels were placed in a bag outside my door as part of their system. On a positive note: it is very close to the station with large supermarkets and convenience stores nearby—very convenient. The cleanliness throughout both rooms and facilities like free public baths stood out as excellent. Most notably, though, is how affordable this accommodation is! While there wasn’t always someone at reception (requiring me to call loudly each time), I understand this helps keep costs low. The price included access to public baths and an enjoyable breakfast buffet—all under 10,000 yen per night including tax! However small frustrations arose such as disposable slippers provided being thin paper ones that slipped off easily—I ended up buying rubber clogs for 300 yen from Daiso nearby instead. The DHL shampoo products provided in-room were high quality enough that bringing my own wasn’t necessary—a pleasant surprise! Overall satisfaction remains high despite minor inconveniences; if traveling again here (Abiko) on business trips specifically—I’d choose staying here again without hesitation. Suggestions include thorough repairs around rooms or offering sturdier indoor footwear at reception alongside selling drinks within lounges which could enhance guest experiences further significantly! Lastly replacing current systems w/ louder buzzers near front desk might improve communication ease too!

    Stayed at the accommodation the day before visiting Disney.

    Less than an hour from Maihama Station, the location was closer to the station than expected. The commercial facility includes a supermarket, 100-yen shop, and drugstore, which was very convenient! I used the large public bath, but I felt that the distance between the washing area and bathtub was quite close. Depending on the person, soap bubbles from the shower might get into the tub... Also, I found the water temperature a bit too hot. The front desk staff were very kind and helpful. Despite being so close to the station, I realized after checking out that I didn’t hear any train noise at all! Haha. I’d love to stay here again when visiting Disney!

    Recommended Breakfast

    It took a bit of time to get here from the city center, but it was great that it was less than a 2-minute walk from the station. There is also a supermarket nearby, which was convenient. The Room was upgraded to a twin room, which was more than enough for one person. I was initially worried about train noise, but despite being able to see the trains from the window, the sound didn’t bother me at all and I slept well. As seen in photos beforehand, the bathroom was small, which was slightly disappointing. Additionally, it felt too hot and I couldn’t stay in for more than 3 minutes—this might be personal preference—but it would have been better if the temperature were lower. The highlight is definitely breakfast! Both its volume and taste were highly satisfying. I’d love to come back just for breakfast again! This is a Hotel I’d like to revisit—it helped me unwind after a tiring week on the weekend.

    Wonderful Hotel

    I was looking for a place to stay around Kanamachi Station. I thought Minami-Kashiwa might be a bit far, but it was only about 15 minutes by train, so it was no problem at all. It was a highly rated hotel, so I had high expectations, and it exceeded them. From the lounge to the room's interior, there was a sense of luxury, and it had a large public bath, stone sauna, and fitness facilities (though I couldn't use the stone sauna and fitness due to my late arrival). The large public bath was small but clean, with a nice wooden scent. Above all, classical music was playing, which made it very relaxing. I was surprised that this hotel had a large public bath, as many hotels only have unit baths in the rooms. The highlight was the breakfast the next morning. It was truly delicious, with a sufficient variety in the buffet. The sense of luxury, cleanliness, and the staff's excellent service made me feel that the price for a one-night stay with breakfast and a 12 PM checkout was honestly a bargain. I felt that various efforts were made to achieve cost savings. If further improvements were to be made, I think it would be good if guests could indicate items that haven't been used so they can be reused without washing. I didn't use the room wear provided, and I wondered if I should have indicated that it was unused. It would be nice to have a system where unused towels and room wear could be reused. Also, the mattress was of very high quality and comfortable, but a slightly firmer pillow would have been even better. Pillows in most hotels are generally too soft, so it would be appreciated if a system allowing for a choice of several types could be introduced. Lastly, one thing: there was a curtain? noren? next to the front desk, but the back was visible. The sense of luxury was slightly diminished there, so I think it would be better to have something that properly conceals it. However, there was no problem with the stay itself, so it's all 5 stars. I will definitely use it again if I have the opportunity. Thank you very much.

    I think it is quite cheap for a Hotel in Tokyo, but it offers more than its price.

    It was good.

    I think the service of the front staff is excellent. The same goes for breakfast. The breakfast was delicious. The bath didn't feel very spacious, and since there were people using it, I used the indoor shower. I wished there were more types of equipment in the fitness room. I would like to stay again.
