    It was great!

    It’s close to Yodoyabashi Station, has a large public bath, and was affordable—I was very satisfied! I could use the large public bath almost by myself both morning and night, and the breakfast venue staff were kind; it was a great Hotel. In the morning, when I went to the large public bath in loungewear, I ended up sharing the same elevator with people heading to breakfast, which was a little embarrassing—but we weren’t acquaintances and we were all guests at the same Hotel, so it felt fine. If I can stay for that price on a Saturday, I’d love to stay again!

    It was worth the price.

    With its reasonable pricing, both the Room and the public bath were modest. The weak water pressure in the public bath's shower was a critical drawback.

    Recently trending.

    The Facility and amenities were well-maintained, but perhaps due to simplified sheet replacement, the pillowcases had a strong odor. If cost-cutting is necessary, using a powerful detergent for sheet washing might be better.

    It was great.

    I stayed here for a trip to Umeda and had a pleasant experience. I used the large public bath, which was very convenient as it was available until late at night. On a rainy day, towels were provided at the front desk, which I thought was excellent service. The availability of newspapers is also a nice touch for business travelers. If I have another opportunity, I would love to stay again. Thank you very much!

    I had a pleasant stay.

    Clean, quiet, and conveniently located near Umeda. There is also a convenience store nearby, and the price is very reasonable—truly a flawless Hotel. I would love to stay here again. Although I didn’t use it this time, there is a large bath available. I was too busy enjoying my days to try it out, but I plan to use it next time!

    Satisfied.

    I recently stayed here. The Room was clean, and the staff at the reception provided very polite service, which was excellent. The large bath is indeed small but still satisfactory. As many have mentioned, there might be some room for improvement in the meals.

    It was not as expected.

    I stayed here for a business trip. While the high review ratings had raised my expectations, my personal experience fell short of the price I paid. When I opened the door to the unit bath, there was an unpleasant sewage smell. I realized why when I used the bathtub—the water wouldn’t drain at all, even after removing the plug or using the shower, and it just kept accumulating. Since it was late at night, I didn’t have the energy to go to the large public bath on the 2nd floor. The air conditioning was set to cooling mode but felt uncomfortable; when I checked the room thermometer, it showed 89% humidity. Concerned about heat exhaustion, I switched to dehumidifying mode, but it only reduced humidity to around 79%, leaving me unable to sleep properly through the night. This may vary by person’s preference, but I also found it inconvenient that the faucet in front of the sink doubled as a control for filling up water in other areas. On a positive note: breakfast offerings, room cleanliness, and variety of amenities were satisfying considering their price point. However, not being able to get proper rest—an essential aspect during business trips—left me with an overall negative impression. Hopefully this issue was specific only to that particular room!

    Convenient

    The hotel is conveniently located near the station and a convenience store. I would love to stay here again.

    A convenient Hotel located near the station in the center of Osaka City.

    The room is clean, and the view from the window is reasonably good for central Osaka. Having a large public bath is definitely better compared to business hotels with only small unit baths. However, the breakfast menu lacks variety, isn't particularly tasty, and doesn't have much of an Osaka feel, which was disappointing. With more guests expected during the Expo, including international visitors, we hope for improvements moving forward.

    Conveniently located...

    Conveniently located near Yodoyabashi Station. The Room is reasonably spacious and well-organized for ease of use. The breakfast buffet is also delicious. However, I would suggest adding a notice prohibiting smartphone use in the public bath area. During a stay at another Hotel with a public bath, I encountered an incident where a guest, seemingly of Chinese origin, was using their smartphone to take videos in the bath and even pointed it towards me. Since smartphones are equipped with cameras and video functions by default, I believe their use should be prohibited in the public bath area as well.

    Good.

    I always use this place when I am on a business trip to Osaka. I am satisfied with the Room, bath, meals, and other services, but I feel like there used to be a complimentary bottled water service? I would appreciate it if you could bring it back if possible.

    The station is nearby.

    The station is nearby and convenient. The room was also clean. As for the trash bins placed in the room, it was nice to have separate ones for cans and PET bottles, and for regular trash. Personally, I hadn't seen this in other hotels. It's great to see contributions to the SDGs. I would like to stay again.

    A hotel with good accessibility from the subway.

    Recently, Osaka has been developing every time I visit, and Umeda is quite a maze. However, I was able to reach the hotel without getting lost as it is close to both the Midosuji Line and the Yotsubashi Line. When I informed them that I would be checking in late, they kindly said, "Take care." The room was spacious, and I was able to stay comfortably. I regret not using the large bath. I definitely want to come back and relax next time. For breakfast, there are many places where the rice is not very tasty recently, but the rice at Sankoin was delicious. I look forward to my next stay. Check-in and check-out were also smooth. Thank you very much.
