    It was great!

    Thank you for hosting us for a Multiple Night Stay (No Meals Included). However, on the final day we had the breakfast buffet. (We were told we could sign up at the front desk by the day before.) The food and atmosphere were great, and we would like to stay again if we have the opportunity. Thank you very much.

    It was a very nice room.

    This was a non-smoking Room. The Room itself was very comfortable, but there was a strong ammonia smell—possibly from the toilet. I flushed several times, but it didn’t go away easily, so it was a bit unpleasant when using the bathroom and toilet. The front desk staff were polite and helpful, and if not for that issue, I would like to stay again.

    One night was enough.

    First, there was no available parking nearby, and I had to wait for an hour. The Room was small and extremely dusty. In particular, under the bed it was covered in dust, and there were plastic bottles and trash, which was disgusting. I think the cleaning was careless. When I stayed near Nakajima Park before, it was good, so this was completely different and terrible. I will never stay here again.

    Stayed for one night with breakfast (non-smoking room). As the reservation was made just before going out, I didn't have enough time to thoroughly research the facility and felt a bit uneasy, but overall, I had a comfortable stay. However, there is room for improvement regarding breakfast. The glasses for drinks were all placed upright, which caused fingers to touch the rims of other glasses when picking one up. This raises concerns about cleanliness as dust could enter. (In international hotels, city diners, and airport lounges, glasses are typically placed upside down.) Additionally, it was disappointing that the grilled fish was cold and tough. The movement flow of staff also needs review; there was an incident where a staff member bumped into an elderly guest and spilled miso soup on them without providing detailed follow-up care afterward. If improvements are made from "the customer's perspective," this hotel could become even more appealing. Thank you very much for this experience.

    A convenient Hotel for any destination

    This is my second stay at this accommodation. I really liked it last time because it was very convenient to go anywhere. Famous restaurants in Susukino are within walking distance. As a business hotel, the bathroom is a compact unit bath, but the room is spacious and comfortable. It’s a recommended hotel for affordable accommodation in Susukino.

    Overall satisfied.

    Convenient location for going out for drinks, which was satisfying. However, conversations in the hallway could be heard clearly in the Room. On the other hand, I was concerned if sounds from the Room were leaking outside. I tested by playing music at a higher volume to check if it leaked into the hallway, but it seemed fine.
