    We were very satisfied.

    Very close to Bellesalle. The Room was comfortable, with the bathtub and shower separated from the toilet. I was able to spend time in a very quiet environment, and my work went smoothly. Thank you very much.

    The ReFa hair dryer is defective, with peeling paint.

    The ReFa hair dryer advertised on your website was defective, with peeling paint. It may be a counterfeit; if it is genuine, then it is poor quality. This is not the level of quality I would expect from Daiwa. It’s embarrassing.

    The service, room cleanliness, and breakfast were all excellent.

    Thanks to the attentive staff, the cleanliness of the room, and the high quality of the breakfast, we had a very comfortable stay at the Hotel. I think it’s a Hotel full of hospitality. Thank you for taking such great care of us. We’d love to stay again!

    Daiwa Roynet Hotel

    Thank you for taking care of us during our stay. It was close to Nishi-Shinjuku, which was convenient for elderly guests. The Room was bright, the TV was large, and the bed was very comfortable, so we had a pleasant stay. We had dinner at the restaurant on the first floor, and all the staff were very attentive, allowing us to enjoy a relaxing meal. Breakfast also offered a great variety; the Japanese dishes were delicious, and the freshly cooked pancakes were unique and tasty as well. This is a Hotel we would like to visit again when we come to Tokyo. Thank you again for your hospitality.

    We stayed for four n...

    We stayed for four nights during the summer vacation. Since it is in the Shinjuku area, the Room space is a bit small, but overall it was comfortable. We would like to stay again next time.

    Comfortable to stay in

    I stayed here again this month after last month. The amenities are well stocked, and the hair dryer is a ReFa, which I was happy to try out. They also provide pajamas, so you can travel with minimal luggage. There’s a Starbucks in the large park nearby, so I always stop for a drink before checkout. I also visited Kumano Taisha behind the park and enjoyed a short walk. I’ll stay here again when I’m in Tokyo!

    I had a relaxing time.

    I stayed at a Daiwa Group Hotel for the first time in a while and had a relaxing time. There were many inbound guests using the hotel.

    Facility and breakfast were satisfactory.

    The Room has a separate bath and toilet, and the ReFa hair dryer is a nice touch. While it might be for eco-friendly reasons, it's a bit disappointing that the shampoo and conditioner are provided in shared bottles, and that the ladies' floor is no longer available. Amenities can be freely taken from the first floor, but it would have been helpful if this was mentioned at check-in. That said, the amenities themselves were well-stocked and excellent. The breakfast was so delicious that I think it's a must if you stay here! Even though I usually don't eat much breakfast, I ended up eating a lot because it was so good. The staff were also very kind!

    This was my first time using this service...

    First, the front desk staff seemed inadequately trained. There were no smiles, and I felt no sense of hospitality, which was disappointing. It was a smoking-permitted Room, but instead of a tobacco smell, there was an odd air freshener-like odor. Additionally, ventilation was insufficient and uncomfortable. This place seems entirely geared towards foreign tourists. Overall, it left an impression of poor value for money.

    I stayed for the first time.

    It is a new Hotel, but it was quite good for a business hotel. Most of the guests were from overseas. Breakfast gets crowded, so it's better to go early. The miso soup was instant, which was disappointing. What I liked was the bathroom. The smaller bathtub fills up quickly, and you can set the water amount, so there's no worry about it overflowing. The elevator is slow, which can be frustrating when you're in a hurry. The bed was spacious, and overall, the place was clean. The amenities included items like Sekkisei and Bathclin, which were nice. Also, having a 24-hour convenience store in the basement was very convenient.

    I have used it multiple times.

    I have used this place multiple times as it is convenient when visiting my son's home. This time, we faced an unexpected situation as my wife suddenly developed a fever. Despite it being late at night, the staff responded kindly and offered assistance. They even mentioned that we could consult them anytime for things like hospital recommendations or arranging an ambulance, which was truly reassuring. Fortunately, it did not turn into a serious issue.

    I felt very relieved.

    I was very tired, but I was relieved because the ladies-only room happened to be available and they kindly changed it for me. Moreover, the room was clean, well-maintained, and soothing. The toilet and bath were also more spacious than I expected, which made me happy. I would like to use it again next time.

    Functional

    It is a hotel that eliminates one-on-one hospitality, providing necessary functions with decent quality, and if viewed as a business hotel, it is top-notch. Both check-in and check-out are extremely smooth, and although the restaurant on the first floor and the cafe on the second floor are not spacious, they are stylish and more than ordinarily delicious. It lacks the elegance of a city hotel, but if you have a clear travel purpose other than hotel life, I recommend it.

    Daiwa Roynet Nishi-Shinjuku

    I used this place when I went for training. I stayed on the women-only floor. Since it was a single room, it wasn't that spacious, but it was fully equipped with a foot massager, ReFa hair iron, shower head, hairdryer, and facial steamer. The bath also had a shower booth, which was nice. It was very comfortable, and I would love to stay again. Thank you very much.
