    Better than expected.

    It was new and clean, so it felt just as good as a higher-category Room.

    I find it very convenient to use.

    The location and hospitality were very satisfying. The room amenities and Facility were also quite good. However, what was disappointing this time was the musty smell of the bathroom curtain. While it is understandable given the humid environment, perhaps wiping off moisture could help address this issue. This time, I managed with the provided deodorizing spray.

    Clean and spacious

    Since it is a new Hotel, the Room is clean and has a well-thought-out layout, making it very comfortable. I would like to stay here again when I visit Komatsu.

    I had a relaxing stay.

    I arrived in Komatsu at 6:30 PM after a series of business trips. The Room was compact but provided a comfortable and relaxing stay. Thank you very much.

    The white rice served at breakfast is among the most delicious you'll ever taste.

    The Hotel appears to be relatively new, with no complaints about the Facility or Room. The staff's service was average, with slight dissatisfaction in how questions were answered. What stands out most is the deliciousness of the rice served in the morning—it was so good that I wanted to have more side dishes to enjoy it further. According to the kitchen staff, the rice is sourced from local farmers and is often praised for its taste. I truly appreciated experiencing the richness of enjoying locally produced food in its place of origin.

    Spacious Single

    It was a very spacious and comfortable Room for a single. On the upper floors, you can enjoy a train view and see Mt. Hakusan on a clear day. I felt it was new and conveniently located near the station, with excellent service.

    Thank you very much for the wonderful time.

    I stayed for one night. The Room was spacious and comfortable. All the staff were very pleasant and accommodating. The breakfast was so delicious that I ended up eating a lot in the morning. I wonder if the Room was upgraded... I couldn't express my gratitude. I would like to stay again when I visit the Komatsu area.

    A few years ago, before the Hokuriku Shinkansen opened, I visited Komatsu for business, but this was my first time staying here. The hotel is close to the station, in a really convenient location, with a calm interior and a lovely atmosphere. I would like to use it again if I have the opportunity.

    This was my first stay. Despite being close to the station, I was able to spend my time relatively quietly. The staff's service was also fine. However, there were some concerns: the cleaning around the air conditioning was lax, the shower temperature was unstable, and even though I presented my card key at the restaurant on the first floor for dinner, the discount was not applied. The accommodation fee was reasonable, so I would stay again if I have the opportunity.
