    Conveniently located near the station.

    It was conveniently located close to the station. The Room was compact and easy to use. I was happy that I could take the free drinks back to my Room. However, since it was hot, I wanted iced coffee, but only hot coffee was available and there was no ice, so I would have appreciated having either one. The refrigerator in the Room was broken, but when I contacted the front desk they responded right away, which I really appreciated. Also, the air conditioner smelled very bad, which made me wonder if it hadn’t been cleaned much. I cooled the Room while keeping the window open.

    This is my first time in Kitasenju.

    It’s a small Hotel, but the area is quiet, and the walk back from the station felt safe even late at night since it’s along a main road. Everything you need is available at Marui, and it’s directly connected to the ticket gates, which was truly convenient. The room felt a bit small, but it was clean with a well-designed layout, and once you get used to the size, it’s great. I’d definitely like to stay again. Thank you very much.

    Kitasenju

    I stayed for a trip to Kitasenju. The room was not spacious, but the bathtub was large, which was nice. It is very convenient as it is close to the station. The staff's service was also excellent. I would like to use this accommodation again.

    Delicious breakfast and great value for money.

    5-minute walk from Kitasenju Station, along a well-lit and safe path. A Business Hotel with reliable card security. Guests are required to bring necessary items upstairs. Small detail: the toothbrush has a small head, making it easy to clean between teeth. No noise from neighboring rooms, excellent air conditioning for a comfortable night's sleep. Spacious bathroom for relaxing baths. The bed is wide and offers great support; however, the pillow could use some improvement. Breakfast reservation available for 1,000 yen, featuring delicious curry and a good variety of options. Highly recommended!

    Conveniently located near the station, providing a comfortable stay.

    This was my first time staying here. The Hotel is conveniently located near the station, allowing me to catch my train with ease the next morning. Upon arrival, complimentary juices were provided, which was greatly appreciated for hydration during the hot season.

    New and clean. Conveniently located near the station, with all the basic necessities and services provided. Great value for money. As is common with Business Hotels, satisfaction can depend on the neighboring room. Unfortunately, on the first night, we had a less-than-ideal neighboring room.

    I stayed here during a business trip to Tokyo. Despite being close to the station, it was surprisingly quiet at night, allowing me to relax. However, as my Room was on the first floor, I noticed a slightly musty smell, which was unfortunate. The convenient location makes me want to stay here again.

    Good.

    Close to the station and conveniently located near convenience stores. The Hotel is new and well-maintained. Breakfast was reasonably priced and satisfactory. It would be great to have lidded takeaway paper cups for drinks to enjoy in the Room.

    Conveniently located near the station building's Marui, easy to find and access. The accommodation looks more like a small apartment than a hotel. Inside, it is compact and cozy. There were many international guests, and the free drink area seemed to be used for meetups or travel briefings. However, the free drink area often had forgotten items or uncleaned tables, which affected its cleanliness. It was nice that you could take cups back to your room. The room I stayed in was a twin since there were no single rooms available at the time of reservation, allowing for a more spacious stay. It had all the essentials without any inconvenience; however, there was visible dust on furniture and walls, indicating cleaning could be improved. The unit bath curtain also had an odor issue. Perhaps due to staying on a Friday in a twin room near the station with no breakfast plan included, it felt slightly overpriced. Repeating my stay might not be likely for me. Being around Kitasenju Station means plenty of dining options and shops are available nearby with no inconvenience at all. Although close to the station, it is slightly away from busy areas making it quiet enough for good sleep quality despite some hallway and room noise being audible occasionally.

    Clean and comfortable.

    The room was clean, but unfortunately, there was a musty smell when the air conditioner was turned on. At night, the refrigerator's compressor made a noise similar to ringing in the ears, which woke me up. After turning off the refrigerator, I was able to sleep soundly. Other than that, the location next to Marui Department Store was convenient, and the amenities were from POLA, which even satisfied someone like me who is particular about cosmetics. I stayed for 2 nights and found it to be good value for money.

    Conveniently located near the station. We appreciated being able to store our luggage even after check-in and check-out. All the staff were friendly and welcoming with warm smiles. The self-service amenities are eco-friendly and a great idea. Thank you very much for your excellent hospitality!

    The overall cleanlin...

    The overall cleanliness was excellent. The free coin laundry is a great feature (detergent not included). The breakfast selection felt limited, but considering the price, it seemed reasonable.

    Good value for money

    This was my first visit to the city of Kitasenju and my first stay at Urbain. Some Business Hotels do not provide disposable slippers, but I was pleased to find them available here. The hotel is conveniently located near the station and dining options, making it very convenient. I had a relaxing stay—thank you for your hospitality.
