    Thank you very much.

    My friend who stayed with me highly praised your Hotel’s convenient location—just one stop from Tokyo Station—and was happy to say they would like to stay again in the future. They also said the bathtub was spacious and easy to use. The bathtub in my Room felt small, so I wondered if the size varies depending on the guest Room. The front desk staff member who assisted me at check-in did not explain the drink bar in detail, so I’m not completely sure about this, but I overheard a male front desk staff member explaining to another guest that it can be used multiple times. If it can be used more than once, that would be wonderful. One suggestion: when I entered my Room after check-in, only the sheer curtains had been closed, so the Room was very hot. As we move into a warmer season, it may be better to close the blackout curtains as well in some Rooms.

    Safe and Convenient

    I stayed for one night due to errands nearby. The access is excellent, with three stations around Nihonbashi within close proximity, making it very convenient. Additionally, the Hotel entrance has security measures in place, providing a sense of safety. The staff were very kind and accommodating, and the Room was equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, and freezer, which made it very convenient for enjoying takeout meals. Amenities are also provided on the lobby floor, and the in-room bath amenities were uniquely curated and delightful compared to others I've seen elsewhere. Overall, I had a comfortable stay. I would definitely choose to stay here again if I have business nearby in the future.

    For your long stay research

    I stayed for a trial of two nights in the Residential Twin Room. The room layout, small refrigerator with a microwave and freezer, and washer-dryer were as expected and satisfactory. However, I was shocked by the outdated air conditioning unit (not central but individual type). From the first night, it started making strange noises and seemed to be struggling. By midday on the second day, it emitted an unbearable screeching sound. Upon informing the front desk, they sincerely offered to change my room, which resolved the issue for now. However, honestly speaking, with such unreliable air conditioning—essential during summer—I felt uneasy about considering a long-term stay here. I might consider staying again outside of summer season instead.

    It was comfortable.

    We stayed as a group of three. The space was not too small and was comfortable. The only inconvenience we felt was that there was only one trash can, and there wasn't a basket or place to put clothes in the changing room. It would have been nice to have a trash can in the bathroom as well.

    Conveniently located near the station.

    I used this hotel for a business trip. It was close to the station and easy to find, the front desk staff were polite, and the Room was clean and nice. However, when I checked in, the Room was very cold, and even with the air conditioner set to the maximum 30 degrees for heating, it didn’t get warm until midnight, and there were no extra blankets available, which was disappointing. The air conditioner might need to be replaced.

    The bathroom had qui...

    The bathroom had quite a smell, like mold... It would have been better if the lighting at the sink was a bit brighter. Other than that, I was very satisfied and had a pleasant stay.

    I wanted to book a Multiple Night Stay.

    The space is spacious, and there is a dryer and a mini kitchen, making it ideal for use during a Multiple Night Stay.

    The convenience is high, but the noise from the highway was more noticeable than expected.

    The hotel is conveniently located near the new Nihonbashi station and within walking distance to Nihonbashi Mitsukoshi-mae, with a microwave in the room, and the front desk staff were kind and reassuring. However, the noise from the highway was more bothersome than expected, making it difficult to sleep. Since it was a Multiple Night Stay, I consulted about changing rooms, and by paying an additional fee, I was able to switch to a room with a mini kitchen on the opposite side of the highway, which solved the noise problem and allowed me to sleep well. The mini kitchen was surprisingly convenient and I liked it, and the sliding window allowed me to feel the outside air, which was very nice. I think it's a good hotel for a Multiple Night Stay.

    The front desk staff...

    The front desk staff provided very courteous service and offered various methods for directions, which was very helpful. I was also pleased with the complimentary drink service available until midnight. However, I felt uneasy during check-in as there were many foreigners. There were no amenities at all, and I would like them to offer services for those who need them. The price is too high for a Business Hotel.

    I stayed at the Hotel for the first time because there was a live concert.

    It was nice to be able to leave my luggage before check-in. The Room was a bit small after checking in, but I didn't mind. I was surprised to find a microwave. I had a good night's sleep. I would like to stay at the Hotel again. Thank you to all the staff.

    I would like to use it again.

    Smaller than other Tokyu Stay hotels I've stayed at before, but it's clean and has a nice feel. There was also a microwave in the room. The front desk staff were also pleasant.

    It was narrow, but I was able to stay comfortably.

    The room I booked had a washing machine and a kitchen area in a small space, so I thought it would be very cramped, but I was able to stay very comfortably. I was also impressed by the unexpectedly spacious balcony. In terms of location, it's a distance where you might get wet on a rainy day before reaching the underground from the hotel, but it's in a quiet area. There are also convenience stores, supermarkets, and pharmacies nearby, which is convenient.
