    The cleaning was not thorough. Poor manners by some Asian travelers.

    The seats on the shuttle bus were covered in grime and had turned brown from discoloration. The air purifier was also dirty, and overall the cleaning did not seem thorough. In addition, Asian travelers spread out their suitcases and reorganized their luggage all the way up to the elevator area at the entrance, leaving hardly any space to walk, which was unpleasant.

    I would love to stay here again.

    It was in a great location, close to Hakata Station, with convenience stores and popular restaurants nearby. The Room wasn’t very large, but it was nice. The bathroom and toilet were separate, so I could relax and enjoy a comfortable bath. I could hear hallway noise, voices, and some rattling sounds from the neighboring Room (maybe doors opening and closing?), which bothered me a bit, but that was about it. The lobby drinks were also much appreciated!

    I was surprised by the location of the sink when I entered the Room—it was right next to the bed, but it was actually quite convenient. All Rooms are non-smoking, but I noticed a slight cigarette smell when I first entered, so I turned on the air purifier right away. It made me wonder if it used to be a smoking Room. It was disappointing that the in-Room safety box was broken and couldn’t be used. The front desk staff were pleasant and helpful, which made for a comfortable stay.

    This is a comfortable Hotel.

    I stayed one night in Hakata for a business trip. The Hotel is stylish, and while the Room is not large, the bathroom and toilet are separate and thoughtfully designed. The amenities are more than sufficient. These days, prices tend to be higher on Saturdays and holidays at most hotels, but I would like to stay again if the rate remains reasonable.

    The location near the station and the service were very good. In some places there was dust, and I noticed areas where the cleaning didn’t seem thorough. The Room itself was also small, and it felt a bit tight when passing by. Given that it’s close to the station and has a separate bath and toilet, the pricing may be slightly higher, but I still felt it wasn’t quite worth the price. However, the Hotel staff who checked me in were very friendly, which made for a pleasant experience.

    Very satisfied overall! But the bathroom was…

    We stayed in a twin Room. All of the staff were very kind, and the service was excellent. They also looked after our luggage before check-in and after check-out, and handled everything very carefully. The Room had large beds, which we appreciated, but the sink was only at the back of the Room, which was a little inconvenient. We were glad that the toilet and bath were separate, but there was no changing area, so it was slightly inconvenient. There was also nowhere to place underwear or other items, so we would have appreciated a small shelf or a curtain to provide privacy from the bath area. That said, it was close to the station and very convenient. Thank you very much!

    It was excellent.

    I stayed here during my trip to Fukuoka. The service and the cleanliness of the Room were excellent. However, there was a laundry bag left in the hallway in plain sight... Also, it would be great if amenities could be fully provided in the Room. That said, I am very satisfied with my stay. I look forward to staying here again next time!

    Tissue

    No major complaints, but the tissues do not come out consecutively from the box. After taking one tissue, the next one does not appear. We would appreciate an improvement on this.

    Cost Performance and Space

    This Hotel offers great value for money, with clean Rooms and separate toilet and bath facilities. I would definitely love to stay here again.

    It was comfortable.

    It was a bit disappointing that the shower-type Room did not have a bathtub, but the shower had various functions and was well-equipped. The Room was spacious, the service was excellent, and I had a comfortable stay. Thank you very much.

    Spacious separate bathroom

    I always stay here when visiting Hakata. The rooms are functional, and I particularly like the fully separate bath and toilet. Complimentary coffee and other services are available in the lobby.

    Located at a convenient distance from the bustling station, offering excellent accessibility. The accommodation is clean, and the front desk staff provided pleasant service. However, despite being prepared for the room size based on square meters, it was smaller than expected, and using the shower was quite challenging. It might be a bit difficult for larger guests to stay comfortably.

    A Journey Starting with a Delicious Breakfast

    The room was on the 11th floor, and while we hoped for a night view, it was mainly Hakata's parking lots and buildings. We stayed in a twin room, but the space between the beds, walls, and facilities was quite narrow, making it difficult for two people to move around or find space for luggage like suitcases. The bed was too soft for our preference, and the handwashing sink was inconveniently located in a corner of the room far from the toilet. Additionally, there were no shelves for clothes in the bathroom or a curtain for the bathtub, which made us worry about water splashing everywhere. It also felt uncomfortable having to leave the bathroom to change clothes. However, during our Multiple Night Stay mornings were brightened by friendly staff smiles and delicious breakfasts that lifted our spirits. Being close to Hakata Station made it easy to access various tourist spots conveniently. Overall, it turned out to be an enjoyable trip with great memories. Thank you very much!

    Clean and the service was kind and professional!

    The Hotel was very clean both inside and in the rooms! I appreciated the separate bathroom and toilet! The complimentary drinks and bath additives were also a nice touch! It was close to the station, and I would love to stay here again!!!

    The shower water pressure is amazing!!

    The Room was compact yet functional. It was free of unpleasant odors, and the air conditioning worked well, making it a comfortable space. I chose a Room without a bathtub but with a multifunctional shower, and it was quite enjoyable! The water pressure was excellent! There were also adjustable side jets, which added to my satisfaction. However, the breakfast buffet did not include French toast as mentioned on the website... I visited around 9 AM, so it might have already run out by then, but I was looking forward to it, so that was disappointing.

    Innovative!

    The bathroom and toilet being separate is convenient, but the sink is near the bed, making it inconvenient to wash hands after using the toilet. There is no changing space in the bathroom, which might feel awkward when staying with friends. Overall, the layout was unique but not very practical! (laughs)

    Bathroom facility issue

    I stayed in a Grand Double room for one night. The lobby and guest room were clean, and the hotel was nice overall. However, the showerhead in the bathroom was cracked, causing water to spray in unintended directions, making it very difficult to use. Additionally, during bathtub drainage, the drain cover seemed to lift up and made rattling noises, which was concerning. Other facilities and amenities such as coffee service and wine service during happy hour were excellent, making my stay comfortable overall but leaving me disappointed with these issues.

    Affordable and Clean Business Hotel

    I often visit Hakata on business trips and stay at various accommodations, but this hotel is always a great option for cost performance. It’s about a 5-minute walk from Hakata Station's Hakata Exit, and the clean interior and efficient service make for a comfortable stay.

    The front desk is friendly.

    The front desk staff were kind and helpful, assisting with luggage storage and recommending dining options. Overall, I think this is a well-balanced Hotel. However, due to the good location, there is a building directly in front of the window, so it’s not ideal to keep the curtains open. Additionally, outdoor noise at night was noticeable. The bathroom walls and mirror were dirty but were cleaned properly during the next day's housekeeping. The bathtub drainage is not very efficient, so it might be better to use the shower separately.

    Front Desk

    The service provided by the older staff at the front desk was disappointing, as they seemed reluctant and unwilling to assist. Although it was stated online that the Hotel is a 4-minute walk from Hakata Station, it actually takes about 8 minutes. The female staff at the front desk were pleasant, but the older male staff were unfriendly. If possible, I would prefer to be assisted by female front desk staff.

    Kyushu Trip

    I stayed here the night before traveling from Hakata to Kagoshima. It is conveniently located just a few minutes from Hakata Station. The separate bathroom and toilet were helpful. The Room and Facility are typical of a Business Hotel, but there were some disappointing points, such as dust in hard-to-reach areas.

    The location is excellent. Cleaning needs improvement.

    The location was excellent, being close to Hakata Station and a convenience store nearby. I appreciated that the toilet and bathroom were separate. However, the cleanliness was lacking, with noticeable dust. The water flow in the sink and bathroom was poor, which was disappointing. Amenities were minimal. It was nice to have coffee available to drink.

    Conveniently located...

    Conveniently located near Hakata Station and the bus terminal. There are many restaurants around, so you have plenty of options for dinner. The rooms are spacious, with a sofa for relaxing. The bathroom and toilet are separate, and the shower has very high water pressure, making it comfortable. Please bring your own skincare products as they are not provided. The in-room slippers are disposable but unfortunately not individually wrapped. For bedside charging, there are only two USB ports and one power outlet between the twin beds; it would be great if more could be added. Although breakfast doesn't offer a wide variety of dishes, you can enjoy Fukuoka specialties like motsunabe (hot pot) and gameni (simmered dish).

    Just a simply regrettable Hotel

    I have stayed at many hotels before, but this is the first time I have encountered a Facility that is not thoroughly cleaned. The location and amenities are good, and the front desk staff are not bad, but the lack of cleanliness ruins everything. If the cause is a shortage of staff, I would like to suggest considering raising the price. It's truly a shame.

    The size of the Room...

    The size of the Room and the bed were sufficient, allowing for a relaxing stay. One request I would like to make is to have a luggage rack permanently available.

    Both the Room and Facility were very clean. Even though I checked in late at night, I was warmly accommodated.
