    A Trip for Two: Couples Getaway

    This was my first trip to Hokkaido. I stayed for a Multiple Night Stay to celebrate the birth of my eldest son’s baby and to see my grandchild. They kindly accommodated a late check-in, and I appreciated the wide selection of amenities next to the front desk. Breakfast menus changed by day, so I enjoyed a delicious meal on the second day as well. In particular, I loved the seafood rice bowl where you can add as much of your favorite toppings as you like. All staff were pleasant, and I had a very comfortable stay. It would have been even better if the changing area were a bit more spacious.

    Hospitality

    The service, response, and explanation were excellent. There were no unpleasant moments. Regarding the Room, the surrounding area was too noisy, with noise and voices in both the hallway and the Room, particularly from non-Japanese guests. The Facility and staff were outstanding; if only the manners of other guests had been better, it would have been perfect.

    The Room and breakfast are excellent.

    We stayed in a room for three with a breakfast plan. The hotel is located in the Tanukikoji Shopping Street, offering excellent access. The room was spacious, clean, and quiet despite being in the bustling downtown area. The public bath was clean, and although the open-air bath was a bit small, it was very relaxing. We chose this accommodation after reading reviews praising the breakfast. The seasonal salmon roe and yogurt were incredibly delicious. There is also a relaxing space where you can enjoy welcome drinks or ice cream after bathing, making it great value for money and highly satisfying. The staff provided polite service throughout our stay. This is definitely a hotel we would like to stay at again!

    Stayed for a live event. The room was much smaller than I imagined from the photos and price, making it inconvenient as there was no space to open a suitcase. Breakfast had fewer options than expected, but the taste was good.

    The cleanliness of the room and the customer service were very satisfying. However, it was disappointing that the breakfast did not include salmon roe as mentioned on the official website. I was looking forward to it, so that part was a letdown.
