    Overall, it’s clean, but…

    Problems with the bathroom 1. It smells strongly of chlorine. The odor is so intense that taking a bath is difficult. 2. Every shower nozzle hole is covered in mold and completely black. It’s disgusting and unusable. If you can put up with these two issues, then it’s fine.

    Wonderful

    This is my second stay. The staff, the cleanliness throughout the property, the bath, and the Room were all very comfortable. I also love the atmosphere—it really feels like Nagata, or Osaka. The location near the station and the excellent access are perfect! I will definitely stay again!

    I love the Room, the meals, and the large public bath.

    I have stayed here several times. The Room is bright and clean. I like the large public bath because the big tub really warms you up, and this time I also enjoyed a morning bath. It’s convenient that you can check how crowded it is in advance. The breakfast side-dish menu changes daily, so even on a Multiple Night Stay you won’t get bored. The miso soup was especially good, and the pork miso soup had lots of ingredients and was delicious. It’s also great that the station and a supermarket are nearby.

    Our long stay was excellent.

    If a long stay suits your needs, it feels like the best choice. The Room was clean and nicely designed. I didn’t use the large public bath, so I’m looking forward to it next time. They were very courteous in helping with parking guidance and changes to the check-in time. The road next door has heavy traffic, so you can hear cars during the day, but on the 8th floor it didn’t bother me if I played some light background music.

    Despite my last-minute Reservation, the front desk staff were kind and provided courteous service. I was impressed by the interior design throughout, inspired by the local rugby culture. The Room was also clean. However, the floor in the large public bath changing area was wet, and there were hairs scattered under the hair dryers. Cleaning is important, but it would also be helpful to have something like a quick floor wiper so guests can easily wipe up after themselves—I actually used tissues to do so. I added breakfast, and it was excellent! With plenty of local dishes, I could enjoy a relaxed breakfast in a lovely dining area. I also felt the staff’s thoughtful attention. Thank you for your hospitality.

    Great value for money

    Direct access to the Osaka Expo site without transfers. Conveniently located near convenience stores and restaurants. Although limited in frequency, there is a bus to Kyoto departing from the bus stop in front of the Hotel.

    Convenient location with a partnered flat parking lot. The large public bath and laundry facilities were also comfortable.

    I reserved this Hotel to visit the Expo. It was much more affordable than staying in the city center, and the service was excellent. I was very satisfied.

    The meals have improved.

    I hadn't used it for about half a year, but I think the meal content has improved since last time. The octopus sashimi at dinner was excellent in both freshness and taste. Even my wife, who is particular about flavors, praised it highly. The clam miso soup at breakfast had a rich broth that was comforting in the morning. I was able to relax in the large public bath as well, and I will use it again.

    The room is bright and clean, you can relax and warm up in the large public bath, and have a comfortable stay. The breakfast is delicious with different menus even for a Multiple Night Stay, and it's great that it is quickly replenished.

    Work progresses efficiently. There is also a supermarket nearby, making it suitable for long-term stays.

    I always use it.

    The surrounding area is convenient for eating and drinking, and I've used it about five times this year. Even when using a car, it's very helpful that a service ticket is issued for the affiliated parking lot, allowing you to park for about 700 yen a day.

    This is my second ti...

    This is my second time using this facility. I like that I can relax and warm up in the large bath. This time, I opted for the breakfast included option. It's nice to be able to enjoy a variety of side dishes at the buffet.
